【摘要】：文章基于環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)出口貿(mào)易的影響機(jī)理,運(yùn)用半對(duì)數(shù)固定效應(yīng)變系數(shù)Panel Data模型,以中國(guó)14個(gè)工業(yè)行業(yè)為例,從行業(yè)異質(zhì)性視角實(shí)證研究了環(huán)境規(guī)制的出口效應(yīng)。回歸估計(jì)結(jié)果顯示:環(huán)境規(guī)制變化可以較好地解釋中國(guó)出口規(guī)模變動(dòng),環(huán)境規(guī)制效率、環(huán)境規(guī)制強(qiáng)度、人民幣平均匯率、資本勞動(dòng)比、成本費(fèi)用利潤(rùn)率等因素的交互作用驅(qū)動(dòng)了出口增長(zhǎng),但各個(gè)變量對(duì)不同行業(yè)出口的影響程度及其顯著性水平存在明顯差異;環(huán)境規(guī)制效率、環(huán)境規(guī)制強(qiáng)度對(duì)大多數(shù)行業(yè)出口存在顯著正效應(yīng),但在匯率、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、成本加成能力等控制因素作用下,其影響程度及其顯著性有所削弱,不確定性有所增強(qiáng)。同時(shí),文章基于實(shí)證結(jié)論就如何完善我國(guó)環(huán)境規(guī)制與促進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易可持續(xù)發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the influence mechanism of environmental regulation on export trade, this paper applies the semi-logarithmic fixed effect variable coefficient Panel Data model, taking 14 industrial industries in China as an example. This paper empirically studies the export effect of environmental regulation from the perspective of industry heterogeneity. The result of regression estimation shows that the change of environmental regulation can explain the change of Chinese export scale, the efficiency of environmental regulation, the intensity of environmental regulation and the average exchange rate of RMB. The interaction of factors such as capital labor ratio, cost-cost profit margin and other factors drive export growth, but there are significant differences in the influence of each variable on export in different industries and their significant level. The intensity of environmental regulation has a significant positive effect on the export of most industries, but under the influence of exchange rate, industrial structure, cost addition ability and other control factors, its influence degree and its significance are weakened, and the uncertainty is enhanced. Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the environmental regulation and promote the sustainable development of export trade.
