【摘要】:滇池作為云南省最大的淡水湖泊,對(duì)昆明市及其流域內(nèi)其他城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用,但是隨著城市的發(fā)展,滇池污染也日趨嚴(yán)重,湖泊水質(zhì)早已經(jīng)變?yōu)榱游孱悺⒑吹纳鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)也遭到嚴(yán)重破壞。滇池污染已經(jīng)成為制約城市發(fā)展的主要問題。 近二十年來,圍繞滇池污染治理方面進(jìn)行的研究、工程設(shè)施建設(shè)已經(jīng)投入了大量資金,但尚未見到明顯的成效,水環(huán)境惡化的趨勢(shì)還在繼續(xù)。滇池水質(zhì)污染已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了整個(gè)流域的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,并對(duì)人們的身體健康也造成了潛在的危害,因此,治理滇池、保護(hù)滇池已經(jīng)成為刻不容緩的任務(wù)。 滇池的水污染十分嚴(yán)重,關(guān)于滇池的治理,也主要是出現(xiàn)什么污染就針對(duì)什么污染問題開始治理,但還沒有從生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的角度來考慮滇池的水污染問題,本文從滇池生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的角度,通過計(jì)算滇池濕地幾年來生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的變化,進(jìn)而探討滇池水污染和生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值變化之間的關(guān)系,以期尋找治理滇池水污染的新思路。 滇池濕地為昆明市的生產(chǎn)生活以及社會(huì)的發(fā)展提供了寶貴的資源。滇池生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的改變是其水污染變化及影響的另外一種表現(xiàn)方式,對(duì)此,我們還沒有有效的信息處理方式以引起人們的重視,因此對(duì)滇池濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值的評(píng)估是很有必要的。作者通過咨詢專家及實(shí)地考察,篩選出滇池濕地的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能包括物質(zhì)生產(chǎn)功能、休閑娛樂功能等八項(xiàng)。本文利用市場(chǎng)價(jià)值法、費(fèi)用成本法、影子工程法等評(píng)價(jià)方法,對(duì)滇池濕地的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值進(jìn)行了估算,得出2009年滇池濕地的各種服務(wù)功能總價(jià)值為75.92×10~8元,其中直接使用價(jià)值為62.14×10~8元,占總價(jià)值的81.8%,而間接價(jià)值為13.78×10~8元,占到總價(jià)值的18.2%,其中以休閑娛樂的價(jià)值最高,占到了直接使用價(jià)值的75.58%,占總價(jià)值的59.6%,這一方面體現(xiàn)了滇池目前的現(xiàn)狀,認(rèn)清了生態(tài)系統(tǒng)本身正常運(yùn)行后給人類帶來的價(jià)值,那么這項(xiàng)工作才是有意義的。 通過對(duì)2006年到2009年滇池濕地的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值進(jìn)行比較,得出滇池濕地幾年來生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值損失了20.76×10~8元,各項(xiàng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值有增有減,其中氣候調(diào)節(jié)功能、污染凈化和降解污染物功能價(jià)值減少的幅度較大。 本文根據(jù)滇池濕地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價(jià)值計(jì)算成果及其分析,提出了未來幾年滇池水污染治理工作的新思路:從提高滇池濕地氣候調(diào)節(jié)功能價(jià)值和污染凈化和降解污染物功能價(jià)值兩方面來解決滇池水污染持續(xù)惡化的現(xiàn)象。具體措施包括:對(duì)滇池濕地周邊地區(qū)大規(guī)模植樹造林、增加滇池中水生植物的種類、覆蓋度、密度,培育或選擇吸收水中特定污染物的水生植物等等。
[Abstract]:As the largest freshwater lake in Yunnan Province, Dianchi Lake plays an important role in the economic development of Kunming City and other cities in the basin. However, with the development of the city, Dianchi Lake pollution is becoming more and more serious. The water quality of lakes has been changed into five categories, and the ecosystem of lakes has also been seriously damaged, and the pollution of Dianchi Lake has become the main problem restricting the development of cities. In the past two decades, the research on pollution control in Dianchi Lake has invested a lot of funds in the construction of engineering facilities, but no obvious results have been seen. The water pollution of Dianchi Lake has seriously affected the sustainable development of the whole basin and caused potential harm to the health of people. Therefore, the management of Dianchi Lake. Protecting Dianchi Lake has become an urgent task. The water pollution of Dianchi Lake is very serious. However, the problem of water pollution in Dianchi Lake has not been considered from the perspective of ecosystem service function value. By calculating the changes of ecosystem service function value in Dianchi Lake wetland in recent years, the relationship between water pollution of Dianchi Lake and changes of ecosystem service function value is discussed in order to find a new way to control water pollution in Dianchi Lake. Dianchi wetland provides valuable resources for the production and life of Kunming city and the development of society. The change of service function value of Dianchi Lake ecosystem is another manifestation of water pollution change and influence. We do not have effective information processing methods to attract people's attention, so it is necessary to evaluate the value of ecosystem services in Dianchi Lake wetland. The ecosystem service functions of Dianchi Lake wetland are selected, including material production function, recreational function and so on. This paper uses market value method, cost cost method, shadow engineering method and other evaluation methods. The value of ecosystem service function of Dianchi wetland was estimated. In 2009, the total value of various service functions of Dianchi wetland was 75.92 脳 10 ~ (8) yuan. The direct use value is 62.14 脳 10 ~ (8) yuan, accounting for 81.8% of the total value, while the indirect value is 13.78 脳 10 ~ (8) yuan, accounting for 18.2% of the total value. Among them, the value of leisure and entertainment is the highest, which accounts for 75.58 of the direct use value and 59.6of the total value, which reflects the current situation of Dianchi Lake. It makes sense to recognize the value that ecosystems themselves bring to humans. By comparing the ecosystem service function value of Dianchi Lake wetland from 2006 to 2009, it is concluded that the ecosystem service function value of Dianchi Lake wetland has lost 20.76 脳 10 ~ 8 yuan in recent years. The value of each service function increased and decreased, among which the function value of climate regulation, pollution purification and degradation decreased greatly. This paper is based on the results and analysis of the value of service function of the wetland ecosystem in Dianchi Lake. A new idea of water pollution control in Dianchi Lake in the next few years is put forward. In order to solve the problem of water pollution deterioration in Dianchi Lake, we can improve the value of climate regulation and pollution purification and degradation of pollutants in Dianchi Lake wetland. The specific measures include:. Large-scale afforestation in the surrounding area of Dianchi Lake wetland was carried out. Increase the species, coverage, density of aquatic plants in Dianchi Lake, cultivate or select aquatic plants to absorb specific pollutants in the water, and so on.
