消費與技術創(chuàng)新關系研究

【摘要】:從本質上來說,技術創(chuàng)新與消費有著密切的聯系。檢驗技術創(chuàng)新成功的唯一標志就是產品在市場上首次實現其商業(yè)價值。在這里,消費者被置于中心地位,消費者的選擇決定技術創(chuàng)新的命運,技術創(chuàng)新必須要有消費基礎。消費需求的更新是技術創(chuàng)新的基本動因,沒有消費更新的需求,技術創(chuàng)新將失去方向。再者,消費引導生產。人類新的消費欲望誘導人們開發(fā)新產品,開辟社會生產新領域,因而消費也從產品種類和質量上提出對生產的新要求,從而影響生產方式并引導技術創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展方向。另一方面,技術創(chuàng)新通過提供創(chuàng)新產品、創(chuàng)造消費動力等來實現消費創(chuàng)新。技術創(chuàng)新與消費存在著多層次的對應關系,如消費水平與技術水平之間、消費結構與技術結構之間都存在著對應關系。一定程度上來說,用戶的消費創(chuàng)新就是技術創(chuàng)新,技術創(chuàng)新就是消費創(chuàng)新。從系統(tǒng)學的角度來看,技術創(chuàng)新與消費之間是共生共榮、協(xié)同發(fā)展的。因而,我國技術創(chuàng)新管理和政策的制定,需向消費領域延伸,應通過提高消費水平和能力,來提高技術創(chuàng)新的能力和水平,以消費創(chuàng)新促進我國技術創(chuàng)新的發(fā)展。同時,也應順應技術創(chuàng)新生態(tài)化趨勢,加強實施技術創(chuàng)新的生態(tài)化措施,促進可持續(xù)消費的最終實現。 由于在市場經濟條件下,消費行為會引導生產行為,所以物質消費主義助長了傳統(tǒng)技術創(chuàng)新不顧一切地向大自然攫取,結果造成了人類的生存危機。可持續(xù)消費正是人類經過對物質消費主義所產生的問題經過反思后的理智選擇、行為回歸和思想回歸。它提倡“適度消費”,反對揮霍性消費,浪費資源。更重要的是,它提倡綠色消費,要求每一個消費者樹立綠色消費意識,正確處理好消費效益與綠色消費之間的辯證關系,做到寧愿多花一點錢也選擇綠色產品,用消費者自己手中的貨幣選票來淘汰那些不符合環(huán)保要求的產品,而使綠色產品逐漸在市場上占有越來越多的份額,以消費引導生產和技術創(chuàng)新,使生產者和創(chuàng)新者走生態(tài)化之路。另一方面,生態(tài)化技術創(chuàng)新注重經濟與自然、社會、生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的和諧發(fā)展,反對單一追求經濟價值的行為,與可持續(xù)消費有著內在的一致性。我們只有加強生態(tài)化技術創(chuàng)新與可持續(xù)消費的整體協(xié)同,才能實現兩者的良性互動,真正實現可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
