【摘要】： 近些年來,隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加速發(fā)展,不同區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的互動關(guān)系已經(jīng)成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的重點之一。一方面,為了獲得更好的生存空間,不同區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)之間的競爭不斷加劇和升級;另一方面,由于參與競爭的經(jīng)濟(jì)主體的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,完全戰(zhàn)勝對手的理想狀態(tài)很難實現(xiàn),更多是呈現(xiàn)合作態(tài)勢,這種態(tài)勢有些是可以在很長一段時期內(nèi)得以維持和發(fā)展,有些則短期有效,長期無效。當(dāng)今時代,合作帶來的效用大于競爭,這一點已經(jīng)幾乎被所有人接受,然而采取什么方式進(jìn)行合作還有很多不同的觀點。 本文以“競合”的視角來研究不同區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)間的互動關(guān)系,借助規(guī)范的數(shù)理模型和方法,深入探討了企業(yè)競合、產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈、產(chǎn)業(yè)競合等問題,并梳理這些問題之間的聯(lián)系,試圖說明產(chǎn)業(yè)間博弈的運行模式和確立產(chǎn)業(yè)競合實現(xiàn)機(jī)理與制度條件。這一研究范式突破了現(xiàn)有以單純競爭或合作作為研究內(nèi)容的產(chǎn)業(yè)組織模式,同時擴(kuò)展了產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的研究范圍,將更多的相關(guān)因素納入分析對象,拓展了其在宏觀層面的運用,具有一定的理論創(chuàng)新和超前意識。 全文以博弈論作為主要分析工具,借助企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò),依次對企業(yè)競爭、企業(yè)合作、企業(yè)競合、產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈、產(chǎn)業(yè)競合以及其制度條件等展開分析。其中產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈主體的界定、產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈過程的解析和產(chǎn)業(yè)競合的分析是本文的重點,也是文章的創(chuàng)新所在。全文共分六章,基本是依照“企業(yè)-企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)-產(chǎn)業(yè)”這一順序逐層進(jìn)行。第一章是對全文的理論綜述和鋪墊,分為兩部分:第一部分是以競爭分析為主線,展現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展和演化過程;第二部分介紹網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織理論,為后文產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈的展開和產(chǎn)業(yè)競合的實現(xiàn)提供理論支持。第二章和第三章是本文的微觀部分,通過分析企業(yè)之間的競爭和合作,說明競爭與合作并不存在矛盾關(guān)系,從長期來看兩者是可以共存的,這種共存關(guān)系就是“競合”,這是博弈均衡的較高境界,這種競合態(tài)勢是長期演化的結(jié)果。第四章通過引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織來研究產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈,從這一章開始進(jìn)入了本文的核心部分。博弈主體的確定是產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈分析的難點和重點,沒有主體,對博弈過程的分析就無法深入進(jìn)行,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn)解決了這種“困境”。但是,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)部的各種性質(zhì)又使產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈的分析更加復(fù)雜化。由此,對產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈的分析還必須引入動態(tài)過程和更多的外在因素。第五章集中對產(chǎn)業(yè)競合進(jìn)行論證,試圖對其原因、演化過程以及實現(xiàn)思路加以說明,最后形成結(jié)論,即產(chǎn)業(yè)競合在促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中,特別是在配置資源和優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)上發(fā)揮重要作用。第六章對產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈和競合的外在制度條件加以討論,試圖使本文的分析更加接近現(xiàn)實情況,其中產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)是由某個區(qū)域歷史和現(xiàn)實條件所決定,是產(chǎn)業(yè)自身進(jìn)化的結(jié)果,反映了企業(yè)或產(chǎn)業(yè)適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的能力;市場化程度是不同時期各種經(jīng)濟(jì)力量作用的結(jié)果,體現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)外力量的均衡;政府在決定產(chǎn)業(yè)競合的實現(xiàn)和選擇中起到了關(guān)鍵的作用,它的協(xié)調(diào)能力和強(qiáng)制力是產(chǎn)業(yè)博弈進(jìn)行的保障。 在本文的創(chuàng)作過程中,借鑒、消化和吸收了大量相關(guān)的中外研究成果,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成了本文的觀點和理論研究體系。同時,作者在寫作過程中還不斷地產(chǎn)生新的思路和觀點,有些蘊(yùn)涵在行文之中,有些則尚未來得及展開詳細(xì)的論述,要在以后的研究中繼續(xù)探索。最后,期望本文的研究思路和相關(guān)論點能夠在同行中引起共鳴,更希望文中的某些結(jié)論能在具體的工作中發(fā)揮相應(yīng)的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years , with the accelerated development of regional economic integration process , the interaction between different regional industries has become one of the focuses of research in economics . On the other hand , because of the expanding scale of economic subjects participating in competition , it is difficult to realize and upgrade the ideal state of the opponents . This paper studies the interaction between different regional industries from the perspective of " competition " and discusses the problems of enterprise competition , industry game and industry competition by means of canonical mathematical model and method , attempts to explain the operation mode of industry game and establish the mechanism and system condition of industry competition . This research paradigm breaks through the existing industry organization model which is only competition or cooperation as the research content , and expands the research scope of industry organization , and expands the application of industry organization at the macro level , and has certain theoretical innovation and super - consciousness . This paper focuses on the theory of industry game , analyzes the competition and cooperation between enterprises , and points out that competition and cooperation are not contradictory . At the same time , in the process of writing , the author has formed a new idea and a theoretical research system . At the same time , the author also continuously generates new ideas and ideas in the writing process , some of which are contained in the line , and some have not come up with the detailed discussion . In the end , it is expected that the research thinking and related arguments in this paper can be resonated in the peer - to - peer review . Finally , it is hoped that some conclusions in this paper can play a corresponding role in the specific work .
