【摘要】: 隨著知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來,現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系日益密切,越來越多的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家和企業(yè)家都認(rèn)為,科技創(chuàng)新是產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢和經(jīng)濟(jì)活力的源泉,科技創(chuàng)新正日益成為促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長和提高產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的關(guān)鍵。既然科技創(chuàng)新能提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢,我們就要選擇最佳的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行科技創(chuàng)新。創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的選擇直接關(guān)系到科技創(chuàng)新的績效及其對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升的影響程度。結(jié)合我國實際,本文認(rèn)為合作創(chuàng)新是提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的最佳戰(zhàn)略選擇。因此,本文以提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢為目標(biāo),對合作創(chuàng)新的特征、優(yōu)劣勢及其對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢提升的機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略績效等展開研究。 文章首先對合作創(chuàng)新提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行選擇,通過合作創(chuàng)新特點(diǎn)及模式,分析合作創(chuàng)新相比自主創(chuàng)新、模仿創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)勢及劣勢,得出合作創(chuàng)新是提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略選擇,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對合作創(chuàng)新提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行選擇,認(rèn)為產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略比企業(yè)間的合作創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略更有利于提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢。接著,本文從波特的“鉆石模型”入手,揭示產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢提升的作用機(jī)制。即分析如何發(fā)揮產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢影響生產(chǎn)要素、需求條件、相關(guān)及支持產(chǎn)業(yè)、同業(yè)競爭這四個對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)生影響的關(guān)鍵要素,及其它們之間的協(xié)同作用。并嘗試建立產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的作用機(jī)制模型。 從理論上講,產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新是有效提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的最佳路徑。但在實踐中,產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢的提升效果并不理想,合作創(chuàng)新績效不高。究其原因,主要是在企業(yè)與高校、科研院所的合作創(chuàng)新中存在界面障礙,從而導(dǎo)致合作創(chuàng)新績效不高。因此本文最后一章,從界面管理的角度探討如何提高合作創(chuàng)新績效的問題,在分析界面障礙成因的基礎(chǔ)上,從合作創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部和外部研究探索了通過界面管理提高合作創(chuàng)新績效的路徑,以充分發(fā)揮合作創(chuàng)新在提升產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢方面的作用。這對我國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的選擇以及對我國企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動績效的提高,具有重要的指導(dǎo)作用和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the advent of knowledge economy, the relationship between modern science and technology and economy is getting closer and closer. More and more economists and entrepreneurs believe that scientific and technological innovation is the source of industrial competitive advantage and economic vitality. Scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming the key to promote economic growth and improve industrial competitiveness. Since scientific and technological innovation can enhance the competitive advantage of industry. We must choose the best innovation strategy for scientific and technological innovation. The choice of innovation strategy is directly related to the performance of scientific and technological innovation and its impact on the promotion of industrial competitive advantage. This paper holds that cooperative innovation is the best strategic choice to enhance the competitive advantage of industry. Therefore, this paper aims at promoting the competitive advantage of industry, and analyzes the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of cooperative innovation and the mechanism of upgrading the competitive advantage of industry. Research on innovation strategy performance. Firstly, this paper chooses the strategy of cooperative innovation to enhance the competitive advantage of industry. Through the characteristics and mode of cooperative innovation, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of cooperative innovation compared with independent innovation and imitation innovation. It is concluded that cooperative innovation is the strategic choice to enhance the competitive advantage of industry. On this basis, the strategy of cooperative innovation to enhance the competitive advantage of industry is chosen. The author thinks that the cooperative innovation strategy of industry, college and research is more helpful to promote the competitive advantage of industry than the cooperative innovation strategy among enterprises. Then, this paper starts with Porter's Diamond Model. This paper reveals the mechanism of the cooperation innovation between industry, college and research on the promotion of industrial competitive advantage, that is, it analyzes how to exert the advantages of cooperation and innovation between industry and university to influence the factors of production, the conditions of demand, and the related and supporting industries. The four key factors which influence the industrial competitive advantage and the synergy between them are the interbank competition, and try to establish the model of the function mechanism of the industry-university-research cooperation innovation to promote the industrial competitive advantage. In theory, the innovation of industry-university-research cooperation is the best way to effectively enhance the competitive advantage of industry, but in practice, the effect of industry-university-research cooperative innovation on the promotion of industrial competitive advantage is not ideal. The performance of cooperative innovation is not high. The main reason is that there are interface obstacles in the cooperative innovation between enterprises and universities and scientific research institutes, which leads to the low performance of cooperative innovation. Therefore, the last chapter of this paper. From the point of view of interface management, this paper discusses how to improve the performance of cooperative innovation, based on the analysis of the causes of interface barriers. This paper explores the ways to improve the performance of cooperative innovation through interface management from the internal and external research of cooperative innovation system. In order to give full play to the role of cooperative innovation in promoting the competitive advantage of industry, it has an important guiding role and reference significance for the choice of innovation strategy and the improvement of the performance of Chinese enterprises' innovation activities.
