【摘要】： 為了適應(yīng)社會發(fā)展的需要,高校人才培養(yǎng)的模式也在不斷的更新。作為以培養(yǎng)生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理和服務(wù)一線人才的高職院校在教學(xué)過程中更加注重學(xué)生的動手能力的培養(yǎng),實驗教學(xué)是提升學(xué)生實踐能力的重要途徑,因此高職院校實驗室建設(shè)成為學(xué)校建設(shè)的重點內(nèi)容之一。實驗室評估是實驗室建設(shè)和管理工作優(yōu)劣評價的重要手段。本文根據(jù)高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式和實驗室建設(shè)與管理的特點,構(gòu)建了其評價指標(biāo)體系,提出了基于模糊綜合評價的評估模型。 本文首先綜述了高校教學(xué)實驗室評估原則、方法和存在問題;其次分析了財經(jīng)類高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式的特點、教學(xué)實驗室建設(shè)的新特點,由此構(gòu)建高職院校教學(xué)實驗室評估評價指標(biāo)體系,應(yīng)用層次分析法確定各指標(biāo)權(quán)重、并用層次排序一致性檢驗對指標(biāo)權(quán)重的合理性進行判斷,應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價計算綜合評價結(jié)果;最后利用構(gòu)建的財經(jīng)類高職院校教學(xué)實驗室評估指標(biāo)體系對某財經(jīng)高職院校教學(xué)實驗室進行了評估,進一步給出了該評估方法的應(yīng)用過程,并驗證了評估結(jié)果的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of social development, the model of talent training in Colleges and universities is constantly updated. As the training of higher vocational colleges to develop production, construction, management and service personnel in the process of teaching pay more attention to the practical ability of students, the experimental teaching is an important way to improve the practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges, so the laboratory construction has become one of the key contents of school construction. Laboratory evaluation is an important means to evaluate the construction and management of the laboratory. According to the characteristics of personnel training mode and laboratory construction and management in higher vocational colleges, the evaluation index system is built, and the evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward.
