【摘要】：背景:骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和骨質(zhì)疏松癥是與人體衰老相關(guān)的兩大退行性疾病,國內(nèi)外針對其相關(guān)性的研究較多,但至今仍未得出統(tǒng)一結(jié)論。目的:通過橫斷面研究探討影像學(xué)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和指骨骨密度的相關(guān)性。方法:納入2 855名研究對象,同時(shí)測量骨密度和雙膝正位片,對潛在的混雜因素進(jìn)行校正,應(yīng)用多變量的Logistic回歸分析模型來評估影像學(xué)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和指骨骨密度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:校正因素包括性別、年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、吸煙、飲酒、總能量攝入量、平均鈣攝入量、營養(yǎng)素補(bǔ)充劑和鈣補(bǔ)充劑攝入量等,發(fā)現(xiàn)影像學(xué)膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和指骨骨密度呈正相關(guān)。在女性亞組中,這一相關(guān)性仍然成立,男性亞組則不具有相關(guān)性。證實(shí)在女性人群中膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎和指骨骨密度的正相關(guān)性,提示骨密度可能為膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的保護(hù)因素。
[Abstract]:Background: osteoarthritis and osteoporosis are two major degenerative diseases related to human aging. Objective: to investigate the correlation between knee osteoarthritis and phalangeal bone mineral density (BMD) by cross-sectional study. Methods: the bone mineral density (BMD) and bone mineral density (BMD) were measured in 2 855 subjects. The potential confounding factors were corrected. The correlation between imaging osteoarthritis and phalangeal bone mineral density was evaluated by multivariate logistic regression model. Results & conclusion: sex, age, body mass index, smoking, alcohol consumption, total energy intake, average calcium intake, nutrient supplement and calcium supplement intake were adjusted. A positive correlation was found between osteoarthritis of knee and bone density of phalanx. This correlation remains true in female subgroups, but not in male subgroups. The positive correlation between knee osteoarthritis and phalanx bone mineral density was confirmed in female population, suggesting that bone mineral density may be the protective factor of knee osteoarthritis.
