【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)是指資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中周期性地爆發(fā)的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大混亂。①生產(chǎn)過剩是這種經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的基本特征。列寧說：“危機(jī)是什么？是生產(chǎn)過剩，生產(chǎn)的商品不能實(shí)現(xiàn)，找不到需求。”②金融危機(jī)和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)是資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)制度和資本主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的永恒伴侶。自1825年爆發(fā)第一次經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)以來，資本主義國(guó)家每隔一段時(shí)間就爆發(fā)一次危機(jī)，為了認(rèn)清經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的根源、找到解決危機(jī)的辦法，維護(hù)資本主義制度和資本主義社會(huì)的生存，經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論成為西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家研究的主要課題之一。其中，對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因的探討成為經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論研究的核心所在。2008年國(guó)際金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)爆發(fā)后，國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者紛紛開始思考危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的原因。就產(chǎn)生危機(jī)原因這一最核心問題來說，國(guó)內(nèi)外形成了所謂的金融機(jī)構(gòu)過度競(jìng)爭(zhēng)論、金融監(jiān)管不力論、國(guó)際貨幣體系扭曲論、過度消費(fèi)論、政策誘致論、流動(dòng)性過剩論、綜合因素作用論等，它們分別從不同的角度解釋了危機(jī)的產(chǎn)生原因，盡管上述理論具有一定的道理，但只是看到了危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的表面原因或技術(shù)性原因，而沒有以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行深入的分析。本文通過梳理西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因理論，來幫助我們更好地理解經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的根本原因，同時(shí)將之與馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論、西方主流資產(chǎn)階級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家的危機(jī)理論進(jìn)行比較，對(duì)其作出客觀、公正、全面的評(píng)價(jià)。 全文分四章。 第一章：緒論。主要介紹研究西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法。 第二章：西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論。本章介紹了在西方產(chǎn)生重要影響的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論。它們是：以羅伯特·布倫納為代表的生產(chǎn)過剩危機(jī)理論；以克里斯·哈曼為代表的利潤(rùn)率下降理論；以考斯達(dá)斯·拉帕維查斯為代表的資本主義金融自由化理論；以大衛(wèi)·科茨為代表的新自由主義釀造論。本章分四個(gè)小節(jié)分別論述上述各個(gè)理論是在什么樣的背景下解釋國(guó)際金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)爆發(fā)的原因的。 第三章：西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論對(duì)2008年國(guó)際金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的解釋力。本章首先回顧了當(dāng)前這場(chǎng)席卷全球的國(guó)際金融和經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的演變過程，然后從馬克思的角度解釋了當(dāng)前危機(jī)發(fā)生的根源，，接著敘述并評(píng)價(jià)西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論關(guān)于導(dǎo)致當(dāng)前這場(chǎng)危機(jī)的各種原因。 第四章：對(duì)西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論的總體評(píng)價(jià)。本章將西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論與馬克思的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論、西方主流資產(chǎn)階級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論進(jìn)行比較，找出其合理之處和不合理之處。 本文的結(jié)論是：西方馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)原因論以馬克思主義理論和研究方法為藍(lán)本，從不同角度分析了引起經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的各種原因，這些分析深入淺出，對(duì)于我們理解危機(jī)的根源非常有幫助。但是，這些理論都是在維護(hù)資本主義私有制這個(gè)根本制度的前提下解釋危機(jī)原因的，并企圖進(jìn)一步找出解決危機(jī)的辦法。因此，西方馬克思主義學(xué)者的危機(jī)原因論與馬克思危機(jī)原因論相比，在理論上缺乏徹底性。
