【摘要】：鄧小平理論作為當(dāng)代中國(guó)的馬克思主義，有力地推動(dòng)了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)偉大事業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行。為了更好地抓住時(shí)機(jī)，加快我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，鄧小平高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚地分析了我國(guó)所處的國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境，，精辟而深刻地論述了我國(guó)所面臨的各方面的發(fā)展機(jī)遇問(wèn)題，并進(jìn)一步形成了系統(tǒng)的機(jī)遇思想。在新的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上豐富、發(fā)展了馬克思列寧主義、毛澤東思想，為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展提供了正確的方法論指導(dǎo)。 如同戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的勝敗具有決定意義一樣，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成功具有決定性的意義。十一屆三中全會(huì)后，以鄧小平為核心的第二代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體，審時(shí)度勢(shì)，立足于當(dāng)代中國(guó)的國(guó)情和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的實(shí)際，制定了切合中國(guó)實(shí)際的加速國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。并且通過(guò)適時(shí)地分析我國(guó)所面臨的各種機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，逐漸地制定了一系列適合我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新的戰(zhàn)略措施，使我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷抓住機(jī)遇上臺(tái)階�？梢哉f(shuō)，“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定及其順利實(shí)施，不斷取得驚人的成就，與鄧小平對(duì)機(jī)遇的分析、把握是分不開(kāi)的。 本文運(yùn)用歷史學(xué)、哲學(xué)、政治學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科的理論和方法，從鄧小平在制定、實(shí)施“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及其相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略措施的過(guò)程中，其所凸現(xiàn)出的強(qiáng)烈的機(jī)遇意識(shí)和對(duì)機(jī)遇的良好把握的視角，對(duì)鄧小平機(jī)遇思想與“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了深入的論述和剖析，進(jìn)而揭示其理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本文共分三個(gè)部分：一、鄧小平機(jī)遇思想的形成及其科學(xué)內(nèi)涵；二、鄧小平機(jī)遇思想與“三步走”經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施；三、理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping Theory, as the Marxism of contemporary China, has effectively promoted the great cause of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. In order to better seize the opportunity and speed up the economic development of our country, Deng Xiaoping analyzed the international and domestic environment of our country with great foresight, incisively and profoundly discussed the problems of development opportunities faced by our country, and further formed the systematic thought of opportunity. On the basis of new practical experience, Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong thought have been developed, which has provided correct methodological guidance for the rapid development of China's economic construction. Just as strategy is decisive to the victory or defeat of war, economic development strategy is decisive to the success of economic development. After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the second generation of leading collective with Deng Xiaoping as the core, judging the situation, based on the national conditions of contemporary China and the reality of socialist construction, formulated a "three-step" economic development strategy that is in line with China's reality to accelerate the development of the national economy. Through the timely analysis of all kinds of opportunities and challenges faced by our country, a series of new strategic measures suitable for the economic development of our country have been worked out gradually, so that our economy can continuously seize the opportunity to the next level. It can be said that the formulation and smooth implementation of the "three-step" economic development strategy and its continuous and amazing achievements are inseparable from Deng Xiaoping's analysis of opportunities. Based on the theories and methods of history, philosophy, political science, economics and other related disciplines, this paper discusses and analyzes Deng Xiaoping's thought of opportunity and the implementation of the "three-step" economic development strategy from the perspective of Deng Xiaoping's strong sense of opportunity and good grasp of opportunity in the process of formulating and implementing the "three-step" economic development strategy. Then it reveals its theoretical value and practical significance. This paper is divided into three parts: first, the formation and scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping's opportunity thought; second, Deng Xiaoping's opportunity thought and the implementation of "three-step" economic development strategy; third, theoretical value and practical significance.
