結(jié)構(gòu)躍變帶來的新變化:一個(gè)消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論的新假說——“消費(fèi)函數(shù)之謎”的破解

【摘要】:消費(fèi)行為除了受到收入因素、心理因素等微觀因素的決定外,是否還受宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)性因素的重要影響,關(guān)乎消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論的科學(xué)性和解釋力,F(xiàn)存消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論普遍忽視了宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)性因素對于微觀消費(fèi)行為的影響;诋a(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級的結(jié)構(gòu)躍變會(huì)中斷短期邊際消費(fèi)傾向連續(xù)遞減的過程,使之躍升、回歸至穩(wěn)態(tài)的長期水平;長期消費(fèi)曲線CL為短期消費(fèi)曲線Csn的包絡(luò)線,表現(xiàn)出斜率穩(wěn)定的線性特征;C_s_n沿C_L階梯式躍升;長期中,MPCL=APCL。因此,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)躍變是決定消費(fèi)函數(shù)的不可忽視的重要變量。經(jīng)常性結(jié)構(gòu)躍變能夠帶來"高收入、高消費(fèi)率"的消費(fèi)組合,而結(jié)構(gòu)躍變停滯則會(huì)導(dǎo)致"低消費(fèi)率、低收入陷阱"的組合。文章由此構(gòu)建了一個(gè)從宏觀到微觀的分析框架,提出基于結(jié)構(gòu)躍變假說的消費(fèi)函數(shù)理論模型,并運(yùn)用美、日兩國的歷史數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。這為"消費(fèi)函數(shù)之謎"等悖論現(xiàn)象的破解提供了新視野,同時(shí)為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需提供了新思路。
