【摘要】：鄧小平農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)改革思想的基本內(nèi)容包括:農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的必要性;建立農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制;發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營(yíng);運(yùn)用科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn);大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)。其歷史貢獻(xiàn)是突破了傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的追求公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)純而又純的格局,允許其他形式所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)成分共同發(fā)展;突破了傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式的高度集中統(tǒng)一管理的體制,初步實(shí)現(xiàn)了由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)變;突破了傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式平均主義分配制度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了分配制度的多樣化;對(duì)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式最根本的突破,就是堅(jiān)持把馬克思主義同中國(guó)農(nóng)村實(shí)際相結(jié)合,堅(jiān)持把發(fā)展農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力和提高農(nóng)民生活水平,作為衡量黨的在農(nóng)村政策和農(nóng)村改革措施正確與否的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The basic contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought of rural economic reform include: the necessity of rural economic reform; the establishment of agricultural production responsibility system; the development of agricultural moderate scale management; the use of science and technology to develop agricultural production; and the vigorous development of township enterprises. Its historical contribution is to break through the traditional socialist agricultural development model in the pursuit of the pure and pure pattern of public ownership economy, and allow other forms of ownership to develop together. It broke through the highly centralized and unified management system of the traditional socialist agricultural development model and initially realized the transformation from planned economy to market economy. It has broken through the equalitarianism distribution system of the traditional socialist agricultural development model and realized the diversification of the distribution system. The most fundamental breakthrough in the traditional socialist agricultural development model is to persist in combining Marxism with China's rural reality, to develop rural productive forces and to improve the living standards of farmers. As a measure of the Party's rural policy and rural reform measures are correct or not.
