【摘要】：特朗普國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)政策主張以提振美國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長為主軸,同時兼顧民生福利要求,涉外經(jīng)濟(jì)政策則主要表現(xiàn)出美國對開放環(huán)境下經(jīng)濟(jì)大勢演變派生調(diào)整壓力的消極反應(yīng)。特朗普經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激措施可能會有助于提振美國短期經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,然而他的一些重要主張?zhí)幱诳陀^規(guī)律作用對立面,制定實施過程會面臨多重掣肘難以順利見效,有的作用方向與其目標(biāo)訴求背道而馳,因而難以顯著提升美國長期經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度。"特朗普沖擊"意味著未來美國在全球博弈格局中會進(jìn)一步鎖定中國作為最重要對家,中美關(guān)系可能會由此面臨新一輪深刻、嚴(yán)峻與復(fù)雜的考驗。
[Abstract]:Trump's domestic economic policy advocates to boost economic growth in the United States, taking into account the requirements of people's livelihood and welfare, while foreign-related economic policy mainly shows the negative reaction of the United States to the pressure of adjustment derived from the evolution of the economic trend in an open environment. Trump's stimulus measures may help boost short-term growth in the United States, but some of his key claims are on the opposite side of the objective law, and the process of formulation and implementation will face multiple constraints that will not work out smoothly. Some directions run counter to their goals, making it difficult to significantly increase the rate of long-term economic growth in the United States. " "Trump shock" means that in the future, the United States will further lock on China as the most important counterparty in the global game pattern, which could lead to a new round of profound, severe and complex tests in Sino-US relations.
