【摘要】：雇傭勞動(dòng)理論是馬克思在理論上的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造,也是馬克思主義理論體系的核心內(nèi)容之一。這一理論確認(rèn)資本邏輯統(tǒng)治下的雇傭勞動(dòng)具有異化本質(zhì),認(rèn)為要實(shí)現(xiàn)勞動(dòng)的解放就必須消除資本主義意義的雇傭勞動(dòng)。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立起,就致力于消滅剝削的政治實(shí)踐,推進(jìn)馬克思雇傭勞動(dòng)理論的中國(guó)化。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨結(jié)合中國(guó)社會(huì)的階級(jí)狀況,探求中國(guó)情形下雇傭勞動(dòng)的表現(xiàn)形態(tài),制定了解決"雇傭勞動(dòng)"異化難題的政策措施,具有鮮明的中國(guó)特色,這為我們今天研究和克服雇傭勞動(dòng)的異化本質(zhì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The theory of wage-labor is an important creation of Marx's theory and one of the core contents of Marxist theory system. This theory confirms that wage labor under the rule of capital logic has the nature of alienation, and believes that in order to realize the liberation of labor, it is necessary to eliminate wage labor in the sense of capitalism. Since the establishment of the CPC, it has devoted itself to the political practice of eliminating exploitation and promoting the localization of Marx's theory of wage labor. The Communist Party of China combined with the class situation of the Chinese society to explore the performance of wage labor in China, formulated policies and measures to solve the problem of alienation of "wage labor", with distinct Chinese characteristics. This provides a reference for us to study and overcome the alienation nature of wage labor today.
