【摘要】：區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一種基本模式,其理論研究和社會 實踐活動越來越受到國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界和政府的關(guān)注。本文綜合運用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)理論、 非平衡熱力學(xué)基本理論、協(xié)同學(xué)理論和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長理論,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的非均衡 增長及其可持續(xù)性問題進行了研究。全文主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個方面: 1、從自然科學(xué)的基本理論和觀點出發(fā),闡述區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長的理論依 據(jù),評價了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的主要觀點和最新研究動態(tài),提出了研究本 題的理論價值和實際意義。 2、回顧建國以來我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的實踐歷程,分析了我國區(qū)域形成的原 因,總結(jié)得出:非均衡協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展是我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展選擇的必由之路。 3、闡述了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡的度量方法,探討了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡與經(jīng)濟增長 的定性和定量關(guān)系,分析了其影響因素,對其進行了回歸分析和優(yōu)化研究,得出 了我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長過程中的最優(yōu)非均衡值域區(qū)間。 4、利用經(jīng)典經(jīng)濟增長理論,對開放狀態(tài)下區(qū)域經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)由非均衡態(tài)向均衡 態(tài)過渡的條件和過程以及要素變動對其穩(wěn)定性的影響進行了分析研究,建立了區(qū) 域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長的收斂性和收斂速度進行 了研究,提出了其收斂的條件,并對此進行了實證研究。 5、從開放的兩區(qū)域要素流動的研究入手,對區(qū)域間要素流動從價值形態(tài)、 區(qū)域收入水平、區(qū)域差異等方面進行了定量的研究,分析了區(qū)際要素流動和轉(zhuǎn)移 的方式,對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長中的波動進行了定量分析,建立了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟波動 調(diào)控的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長的調(diào)控進行了實證分析和研究。 6、對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長引發(fā)的效率、社會公平問題進行了探討,建立了 在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)下,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡增長與人口、資源、環(huán)境模型, 并結(jié)合我國的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展實際,提出了我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟宏觀調(diào)控對策。
[Abstract]:As a basic mode of regional economic development, the theoretical research and social practice activities of regional economic unbalanced growth have been paid more and more attention to by the academic circles and the government at home and abroad. In this paper, the theory of system science, the basic theory of non-equilibrium thermodynamics, the theory of synergy and the theory of regional economic growth are used synthetically. This paper studies the unbalanced growth of regional economy and its sustainability. The main contents of the paper include the following aspects: 1. From the basic theory and viewpoint of natural science, the paper expounds the theory of unbalanced growth of regional economy. This paper evaluates the main viewpoints and the latest research trends of the regional economic growth at home and abroad, and puts forward the theoretical value and practical significance of the study. 2. Reviewing the practice of regional economic development since the founding of the people's Republic of China, analyzing the original causes of the formation of regional economy in China, and summing up the conclusion that unbalanced and coordinated development is the only way to choose the development of regional economy in China. 3. This paper expounds the measurement method of regional economic disequilibrium, probes into the qualitative and quantitative relationship between regional economic disequilibrium and economic growth, analyzes its influencing factors, and makes a regression analysis and optimization study on it. The optimal range of non-equilibrium in the process of regional economic growth in China is obtained. 4. Using the classical economic growth theory, this paper analyzes the conditions and processes of the transition of regional economic system from non-equilibrium to equilibrium under the open state and the influence of the change of elements on its stability. The mathematical model of unbalanced growth of regional economy is established. The convergence and convergence rate of unbalanced growth of regional economy are studied, and the conditions of convergence are put forward. And carried on the empirical research to this. 5. Starting with the research of the open regional factor flow, the paper makes a quantitative study on the inter-regional factor flow from the aspects of value form, regional income level, regional difference and so on. This paper analyzes the ways of the flow and transfer of inter-regional factors, makes a quantitative analysis of the fluctuation in the unbalanced growth of regional economy, and establishes the mathematical model of the regulation and control of regional economic fluctuation. This paper makes an empirical analysis and research on the regulation and control of unbalanced regional economic growth in China. 6. The problems of efficiency and social equity caused by unbalanced growth of regional economy are discussed, and a model of unbalanced growth of regional economy and population, resources and environment is established under the goal of sustainable development of regional economy. Combined with the development of regional economy in China, this paper puts forward the macro-control countermeasures of regional economy in China.
