【摘要】： 本文從系統(tǒng)哲學(xué)觀點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)考察了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的淵源、系統(tǒng)環(huán)境和系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)，展望了知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)人類社會(huì)的影響，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了中國應(yīng)對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的對(duì)策。 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的出現(xiàn)經(jīng)歷了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)演變的長(zhǎng)期歷程，它是人類社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的必然結(jié)果，是知識(shí)滲透到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)各要素的產(chǎn)物，是物質(zhì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然歸宿。同時(shí)，知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)必須以物質(zhì)經(jīng)濟(jì)為基礎(chǔ)，，以高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，以全面創(chuàng)新為靈魂。 從社會(huì)生產(chǎn)過程看，知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)是知識(shí)與經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的產(chǎn)物。現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的自然環(huán)境、資源環(huán)境、制度環(huán)境、文化環(huán)境都發(fā)生了巨大變化，這些變化必然引發(fā)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生相應(yīng)變化，從而導(dǎo)致知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起。 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)是知識(shí)與經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，是“知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)化”和“經(jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí)化”兩股潮流的匯合。知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的其他特征都由這一本質(zhì)特征引申而來。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行勢(shì)必出現(xiàn)商品價(jià)值主觀性、流動(dòng)性、收益遞增和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展持續(xù)化等新規(guī)律。 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)改變了人類觀念、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技全球化。這些變化要求教育的內(nèi)容、形式的相應(yīng)變革，以適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的急劇變化。 為了積極應(yīng)對(duì)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的挑戰(zhàn)，教育、科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)、法律、文化等領(lǐng)域亟待需要全方位創(chuàng)新，建立有利于創(chuàng)新的文化環(huán)境，形成有利于創(chuàng)新的社會(huì)氛圍，以確保全面創(chuàng)新成為全社會(huì)的共同風(fēng)氣。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the origin, system environment and system structure of knowledge economy from the point of view of system philosophy, looks forward to the influence of knowledge economy on human society, and puts forward some countermeasures for China to deal with knowledge economy. The emergence of knowledge economy has experienced a long process of social and economic evolution, which is the inevitable result of the optimization of the structure of human social economic system, the product of knowledge permeating into all elements of social economic system, and the inevitable destination of material economy development. At the same time, the knowledge economy must take the material economy as the foundation, the high-tech industry as the guidance, and the overall innovation as the soul. From the social production process, knowledge economy is the product of the integration of knowledge and economy. Great changes have taken place in the natural environment, resource environment, institutional environment and cultural environment of the modern social economic system. These changes will inevitably lead to corresponding changes in the structure of the social economic system, which will lead to the rise of knowledge economy. The essence of knowledge economy is the integration of knowledge and economy. Other features of knowledge economy are derived from this essential feature. Under the condition of knowledge economy, the operation of social economy is bound to have some new laws, such as the subjectivity of commodity value, the mobility, the increase of income and the continuance of economic development. Knowledge economy has changed the concept of human beings, industrial structure and employment structure, leading to economic, scientific and technological globalization. These changes require corresponding changes in the content and form of education in order to adapt to the sharp changes in social economy. In order to actively meet the challenge of knowledge economy, education, science and technology, industry, law, culture and other fields need to be innovated in all directions, to establish a cultural environment conducive to innovation, and to form a social atmosphere conducive to innovation. In order to ensure that comprehensive innovation has become the common culture of the whole society.
