馬克思勞動觀探析

【摘要】：本論文從哲學(xué)視角深入分析了馬克思勞動觀的觀點及其現(xiàn)實意義。文章第一部分首先以時間為脈絡(luò),梳理了馬克思勞動觀,從異化理論到勞動價值論,由萌芽到成熟的過程。內(nèi)容涉及馬克思的相關(guān)理論、觀點和著作,以及在馬克思勞動觀發(fā)展過程中有重要影響的人物和他們的觀點、著作。第一部分的目的是為了給全文打好理論基礎(chǔ),為后面的深入分析做好理論鋪墊。 第二部分在上一章的基礎(chǔ)之上,深入分析了馬克思勞動觀的歷史意義,以及相關(guān)理論在不同視域下的突出貢獻(xiàn)。第一節(jié),勞動與人,提出了人的本性的概念,分析與人的本質(zhì)的舊概念的異同,以及和異化勞動的關(guān)系。并且分析了在社會歷史發(fā)展過程中,現(xiàn)實的個人的作用與地位。第二節(jié),勞動與自由,闡述了人類通過勞動的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)自由聯(lián)合勞動,取代雇傭勞動,使得政治國家與意識形態(tài)最終消亡,實現(xiàn)共產(chǎn)主義社會。第三節(jié),勞動與科學(xué)社會主義,論述了科學(xué)社會主義的兩大基石,即唯物史觀和剩余價值理論,并分別闡明了勞動是這“兩個偉大發(fā)現(xiàn)”的共同基礎(chǔ)。說明勞動觀點是科學(xué)社會主義最深層的基礎(chǔ)。 最后一部分在上一章深入分析的基礎(chǔ)之上提出了馬克思的勞動觀對于我國當(dāng)前建設(shè)和諧社會的重大意義。本章首先介紹了和諧社會提出的現(xiàn)實意義,肯定了我黨的偉大智慧,之后具體分析了和諧社會的思想提出的背景,以及和諧社會的內(nèi)涵。最后闡述馬克思勞動觀中的和諧社會思想,并提出以馬克思勞動觀來指導(dǎo)我們建設(shè)社會主義和諧社會。 本篇論文的創(chuàng)新點主要有如下幾點。首先,由于當(dāng)前狀況,學(xué)者多以經(jīng)濟(jì)視角來分析馬克思勞動觀,而本文以哲學(xué)視角來分析論述馬克思勞動觀,更具普遍指導(dǎo)意義。其次,論文以多種方式,從多視角深入分析了馬克思勞動觀,充分證明了馬克思勞動觀的偉大之處,以及在人類歷史發(fā)展的各個層面上的偉大理論貢獻(xiàn)。這在論文的前兩部分得到了鮮明體現(xiàn)。最后聯(lián)系到當(dāng)前現(xiàn)實,提出以馬克思勞動觀來指導(dǎo)我們建設(shè)和諧社會,從而具有比一般理論更完善、更深厚的理論基礎(chǔ),更加能夠正確的指引我們的行動方向。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes Marx's viewpoint of labor and its practical significance from the perspective of philosophy. The first part of the article firstly combs Marx's view of labor, from alienation theory to labor value theory, from germination to maturity. The content involves Marx's related theories, viewpoints and works, as well as the figures and their views and works which have important influence in the development of Marx's labor concept. The purpose of the first part is to lay a good theoretical foundation for the full text and lay the groundwork for further analysis. The second part, based on the previous chapter, deeply analyzes the historical significance of Marx's view of labor and the outstanding contributions of relevant theories in different perspectives. The first section, labor and man, puts forward the concept of human nature, analyzes the similarities and differences with the old concepts of human nature, and the relationship between human nature and alienated labor. And analyzed in the social history development process, the realistic individual function and the position. The second section, labor and freedom, expounds that through the development of labor, human beings realize the free union of labor, replace wage labor, make the political state and ideology die out, and realize the communist society. The third section, labor and scientific socialism, discusses the two cornerstones of scientific socialism, that is, historical materialism and the theory of surplus value, and clarifies that labor is the common foundation of the "two great discoveries". The view of labor is the deepest foundation of scientific socialism. In the last part, on the basis of deep analysis in the last chapter, the author puts forward the great significance of Marx's view of labor to the construction of harmonious society in our country. This chapter first introduces the practical significance of harmonious society, affirms the great wisdom of our party, and then analyzes the background of the idea of harmonious society and the connotation of harmonious society. Finally, the author expounds the idea of harmonious society in Marx's view of labor, and puts forward the idea of Marx's view of labor to guide us to build a harmonious socialist society. The innovative points of this paper are as follows. First of all, due to the current situation, scholars mostly analyze Marx's view of labor from an economic perspective, and this article analyzes and discusses Marx's view of labor from the perspective of philosophy, which is of more universal guiding significance. Secondly, the paper analyzes Marx's view of labor from many angles in many ways, which fully proves the greatness of Marx's view of labor and its great theoretical contribution to the development of human history. This in the first two parts of the paper has been clearly reflected. Finally, in connection with the current reality, the author puts forward that Marx's concept of labor can guide us to build a harmonious society, which has more perfect and deeper theoretical basis than the general theory, and can guide our direction of action more correctly.
