【摘要】：基于對創(chuàng)新人才文獻的梳理,提煉出以創(chuàng)新知識、創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新品質三要素為核心的創(chuàng)新人才元結構;在對國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟類專業(yè)學科建設和專業(yè)設置進行比較的基礎上,提出工科高校經(jīng)濟類創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的定位思路;通過對工科"211工程"高校經(jīng)濟類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案的分析,梳理出中國工科高校經(jīng)濟類專業(yè)課程體系中存在著通識教育不夠"通"、"寬"口徑不夠"寬"、個性化課程不足和實踐教育薄弱等四大突出問題,并針對存在的問題給出了相應的課程體系優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:On the basis of combing the literature of innovative talents, this paper abstracts the meta-structure of innovative talents with the core of innovation knowledge, innovation ability and innovation quality, on the basis of comparing the discipline construction and specialty setting of economic specialty in China. This paper puts forward the orientation of the training of innovative economic talents in engineering colleges and universities, and through the analysis of the "211 project" of engineering, the training plan of economic talents in colleges and universities. It is pointed out that there are four outstanding problems in the course system of economics major in China's engineering universities, such as the lack of general education, the lack of broad caliber, the insufficiency of individualized curriculum and the weakness of practical education. At the same time, the optimization strategy of curriculum system is given according to the existing problems.
