產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化機理研究

【摘要】: 國際競爭環(huán)境的復雜化、信息通信技術的進步和經(jīng)濟制度的變革推動了產(chǎn)業(yè)間的共生發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的形成與演化。相關產(chǎn)業(yè)間通過知識的溢出、信息的滲透、技術的運用、網(wǎng)絡的展開,把原有產(chǎn)業(yè)端口更加緊密地耦合、連接起來,形成了產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡,提升了資源在產(chǎn)業(yè)間的優(yōu)化配置和整合利用效率。對于我國這樣的經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期國家來說,產(chǎn)業(yè)間的協(xié)同化、網(wǎng)絡化和共生化發(fā)展已成為增強風險抵抗能力、維持國際競爭優(yōu)勢和實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的有效途徑。因此,如何準確把握產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化機理,充分發(fā)揮這種組織形式對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟增長的拉動作用,也便成為學術界和各級政府亟需解決的重大問題。 傳統(tǒng)意義上的產(chǎn)業(yè)共生理論是以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟和產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)學為理論基礎的,強調(diào)共生單元間通過副產(chǎn)品、廢棄物的循環(huán)利用、交易回收和交換轉(zhuǎn)化來實現(xiàn)共生系統(tǒng)內(nèi)物質(zhì)的閉路循環(huán)和能量的梯級利用。本文突破現(xiàn)有的研究框架,從價值創(chuàng)造角度對產(chǎn)業(yè)共生和產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的內(nèi)涵進行了重新界定,并基于產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的系統(tǒng)特性,構(gòu)建了分析產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡演化機理的研究框架。 首先,基于復雜適應系統(tǒng)理論構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的“雙適應”周期演化模型,分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化路徑,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化是共生單元之間以及共生單元與共生環(huán)境之間雙適應過程交互耦合的結(jié)果,并將產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化化分為耦合、趨穩(wěn)和突變?nèi)齻階段,分別運用演化博弈模型和Logistic模型對這三個過程進行了模擬分析。其次,從動態(tài)角度研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡的演化機制,將產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡雙適應演化過程中的物質(zhì)、信息、能量的流動抽象成共生單元的動態(tài)學習過程,構(gòu)建了動態(tài)學習模型,并分別探討了“干中學”、非“干中學”條件下以及實體型和虛擬型兩種網(wǎng)絡形態(tài)中產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡演化的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)、演化結(jié)果和共生單元的策略選擇。最后,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡演化的內(nèi)在機制,將產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡演化的影響因素歸為主體能力、網(wǎng)絡制度和環(huán)境約束三類,通過構(gòu)建演化過程與影響因素關系整合模型考察了不同演化階段各因素的作用機理,并在此基礎上提出以增強共生單元適應性為核心的產(chǎn)業(yè)間共生網(wǎng)絡三維治理框架。 在實證研究中,本文以生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)共生網(wǎng)絡為例,對理論研究所得的結(jié)論進行了驗證,并結(jié)合我國生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出促進生產(chǎn)性服務業(yè)與制造業(yè)共生演化的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the complication of international competition environment, the progress of information and communication technology and the reform of economic system, the symbiotic development between industries and the formation and evolution of INTERGROWTH network between industries are promoted. Through the spillover of knowledge, the penetration of information, the application of technology and the expansion of the network, the related industries are more closely coupled and connected to each other to form an inter-industry symbiotic network. It improves the efficiency of optimizing the allocation of resources among industries and integrating the utilization of resources. For the countries with economic transition such as China, the synergy, networking and co-biochemistry development among industries have become an effective way to enhance the ability of risk resistance, maintain the international competitive advantage and realize the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, how to accurately grasp the evolution mechanism of the INTERGROWTH network between industries and give full play to the role of this organizational form in the industrial development and economic growth has become an important problem that needs to be solved by academia and governments at all levels. The traditional theory of industrial symbiosis is based on circular economy and industrial ecology, emphasizing the recycling of waste among symbiotic units through by-products. Transaction recovery and exchange conversion are used to realize closed-circuit circulation of substances and cascade utilization of energy in symbiotic systems. This paper breaks through the existing research framework, redefines the connotation of industrial symbiosis and inter-industry symbiotic network from the perspective of value creation, and based on the systematic characteristics of inter-industry symbiotic network, The research framework for analyzing the evolution mechanism of INTERGROWTH network between industries is constructed. First of all, based on the theory of complex adaptive system, the "double adaptation" cycle evolution model of inter-industry symbiotic network is constructed, and the evolution path of inter-industry symbiotic network is analyzed. The evolution of inter-industry symbiotic network is the result of mutual coupling between symbiotic units and symbiotic environment, and the evolution of inter-industry symbiotic network is divided into three stages: coupling, stabilization and mutation. The evolutionary game model and Logistic model are used to simulate these three processes. Secondly, the evolution mechanism of INTERGROWTH network is studied from the dynamic point of view. The material, information and energy flow of INTERGN is abstracted into the dynamic learning process of INTERGROWTH unit, and a dynamic learning model is constructed. The stable state, evolution result and strategy choice of INTERGROWTH network between industries under the condition of "dry middle school", "non-dry middle school" and two network forms of entity type and fictitious type are discussed respectively. Finally, combined with the internal mechanism of the evolution of the inter-industry symbiotic network, the influencing factors of the evolution of the inter-industry symbiotic network are classified into three categories: the main body ability, the network system and the environmental constraints. By constructing the model of the relationship between evolution process and influencing factors, the mechanism of each factor in different evolution stages is investigated, and a three-dimensional governance framework of inter-industry symbiotic network based on enhancing the adaptability of symbiotic unit is put forward. In the empirical study, taking the symbiotic network of producer service and manufacturing industry as an example, this paper verifies the conclusions of the theoretical research, and combines the development status of producer service industry and manufacturing industry in China. Some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the symbiotic evolution of producer services and manufacturing industries.
