【摘要】：評估與測算生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價值是推進生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的一項基礎(chǔ)性和戰(zhàn)略性的工作,也是促進人們對生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能價值認同與市場實現(xiàn)的重要工作。運用(CVM)方法,采用大樣本的網(wǎng)上調(diào)查技術(shù)和多元統(tǒng)計分析方法,對廣東生態(tài)發(fā)展區(qū)的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能的非使用價值進行了評估與測算。檢驗結(jié)果初步說明,居民的收入、職稱、對生態(tài)區(qū)的了解、對生態(tài)服務(wù)價值重要性的認知、對生態(tài)區(qū)的關(guān)注程度等因素與對生態(tài)發(fā)展區(qū)生態(tài)補償?shù)闹Ц兑庠妇哂休^大的相關(guān)性,而受教育程度、居住地和職業(yè)等因素的差異對支付意愿影響較小。統(tǒng)計分析還表明,絕大多數(shù)的廣東省內(nèi)居民對廣東省政府和中央政府加大生態(tài)發(fā)展區(qū)生態(tài)補償力度的政策持支持態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:Evaluating and calculating the value of ecosystem service function is a basic and strategic work to promote the construction of ecological civilization. It is also an important work to promote the recognition of ecosystem service function value and the realization of market. Using CVM method, the non-use value of ecosystem service function in Guangdong ecological development area was evaluated and calculated by using large sample online survey technology and multivariate statistical analysis method. The results show that the income, title, understanding of ecological areas, the importance of ecological services, the degree of attention to ecological areas and the willingness to pay for ecological compensation in ecological development areas have a greater correlation with the residents' income, title, understanding of ecological areas, the importance of ecological services, and the degree of concern to ecological areas. However, differences in education, residence and occupation had little effect on willingness to pay. The statistical analysis also shows that the vast majority of residents in Guangdong Province support the Guangdong Provincial Government and the central government to increase the ecological compensation policy in the ecological development area.
