【摘要】：在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的體系中構(gòu)建共享制度首先需要明晰其本質(zhì)特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征和功能體現(xiàn),也就是思考要構(gòu)建的共享制度具有什么根本性質(zhì)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征和功能表現(xiàn)。從中西制度比較來(lái)看,共享制度的本質(zhì)特點(diǎn)集中表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)主義性質(zhì);從靜態(tài)的橫向統(tǒng)觀和動(dòng)態(tài)的縱向推進(jìn)的雙重維度來(lái)看,共享制度的結(jié)構(gòu)分為靜態(tài)的應(yīng)然屬性和動(dòng)態(tài)的運(yùn)行勢(shì)況兩個(gè)相互融通的體系架構(gòu),主體旨向的全民性和客體內(nèi)容的全面性構(gòu)成共享制度應(yīng)然屬性體系的特征,動(dòng)力途徑的共建性和推進(jìn)過(guò)程的漸進(jìn)性構(gòu)成共享制度運(yùn)行勢(shì)況體系的特征;共享制度的具體功能特征體現(xiàn)為"一中心三保障",即共同富裕是中心功能,積聚發(fā)展動(dòng)能、厚植民心基礎(chǔ)和維護(hù)公平正義分別是經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和社會(huì)方面的保障性功能。
[Abstract]:The construction of a shared system in the system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics needs to clarify its essential features, structural features and functions, which is the fundamental nature, structural characteristics and functional performance of the shared system to be constructed. From the comparison of the system of Western and western, the essential characteristics of the sharing system are manifested as the society.
