【摘要】：貧困問題一直以來都是社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)理論重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的研究對(duì)象,精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐之所以能夠順利推進(jìn)也是基于我們黨對(duì)社會(huì)主義本質(zhì)理論的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。實(shí)現(xiàn)人民群眾的脫貧致富是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求。黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央對(duì)扶貧開發(fā)工作落實(shí)情況非常重視,提出扶貧開發(fā)"貴在精準(zhǔn),重在精準(zhǔn),成敗之舉在于精準(zhǔn)"。"精準(zhǔn)扶貧"是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央治國(guó)理政方略中對(duì)新時(shí)期扶貧開發(fā)工作新挑戰(zhàn)新要求的積極應(yīng)對(duì)和正確指引。同時(shí),基于新發(fā)展理念對(duì)精準(zhǔn)扶貧全面深刻的闡述,在形成科學(xué)理論體系的同時(shí),不僅豐富發(fā)展了貧困理論,而且契合并形成了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐的邏輯體系。
[Abstract]:The problem of poverty has always been the focus of research object of socialist essence theory. The practice of accurate poverty alleviation is based on our party's profound understanding of socialist essence theory. It is the essential requirement of socialism of our country to realize the people's getting rid of poverty and becoming rich. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has attached great importance to the implementation of poverty alleviation and development, and put forward that "precision is the key to poverty alleviation and development, and precision is the key to success or failure." Precision poverty alleviation "is the positive response and correct guidance of the CPC Central Committee's strategy of governing the country and the government in the new period, which takes Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, to deal with the new challenges and new requirements of the work of poverty alleviation and development in the new period." At the same time, based on the comprehensive and profound elaboration of the new development concept, the scientific theoretical system is formed, which not only enriches and develops the poverty theory, but also fits and forms the logical system of the precision poverty alleviation practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
