【摘要】: 當(dāng)人類社會跨入21世紀(jì)的今天,世界的面貌和中國的面貌都發(fā)生了巨大的變化。兩大意識形態(tài)對立的冷戰(zhàn)局面已經(jīng)結(jié)束,政治多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的趨勢方興未艾。中國已宣布實行社會主義的市場經(jīng)濟(jì),并且己正式加入WTO,中國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)與資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的對接和交往已成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的重要內(nèi)容。但是西方資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)是新古典綜合派的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)或新古典綜合派經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)哲學(xué)方法論傳統(tǒng),而社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論基礎(chǔ)是馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)或馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)哲學(xué)方法論傳統(tǒng)。因此對這兩大綱領(lǐng)或傳統(tǒng)的主要內(nèi)容或硬核應(yīng)該做一個比較研究。本文試圖從馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)或傳統(tǒng)的形成,它的硬核的內(nèi)容,它與西方主流派經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)或傳統(tǒng)的異同比較,來說明它的現(xiàn)實意義,特別對中國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與實踐的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文第1章主要闡明馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)哲學(xué)方法論傳統(tǒng)或經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)是在其經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和哲學(xué)的互動研究中形成的,馬克思一生的兩大發(fā)現(xiàn)即唯物史觀和剩余價值論也是在哲學(xué)和經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的互動研究中形成的。第2章主要闡明歷史上沒有無哲學(xué)導(dǎo)引的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),西方的古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)體系、新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)體系和新古典綜合派經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)體系都是以一定的哲學(xué)導(dǎo)引作為其經(jīng)濟(jì)假設(shè)前提的。宣布要擺脫哲學(xué)導(dǎo)引的新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)所孜孜以求的實證經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)本身就是在19世紀(jì)孔德所創(chuàng)立的實證哲學(xué)的導(dǎo)引下形成的。第3章闡明此后西方主流派經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)又經(jīng)歷了馬赫主義和邏輯實證主義的影響,并且由堅持邏輯實證主義的證實原則轉(zhuǎn)向波普爾主義的證偽原則,又由波普爾主義的證偽原則轉(zhuǎn)向后波普爾主義特別是拉卡托斯的精微的證偽主義原則。西方學(xué)者格拉斯和約翰遜根據(jù)拉卡托斯的科學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)方法論所表明的研究綱領(lǐng)的硬核不易改變,,可以通過調(diào)整輔助性假設(shè)保護(hù)帶的方法來加以維護(hù)和發(fā)展的學(xué)說,對西方主流派的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)的硬核和馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)的硬核的內(nèi)容作了比較客觀的陳述,他們的陳述是以對兩大綱領(lǐng)硬核關(guān)于人、理性、產(chǎn)權(quán)、市場和社會史觀的對比分析來進(jìn)行的。本文認(rèn)為格拉斯和約翰遜的陳述是客觀的,對其所作的對比分析也是符合實際的。但是,卻不同意他們?yōu)榱藢φ辗治龅姆奖,把兩大綱領(lǐng)的硬核內(nèi)容的邏輯順序也一致起來加以說明。本文試圖不再從人—理性—產(chǎn)權(quán)—市場—社會史觀的邏輯順序來分析馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)硬核的內(nèi)容, 而是沿著唯物史觀一巾場經(jīng)濟(jì)一產(chǎn)權(quán)問題一社會的人即現(xiàn)實的人,而 不是抽象的不變的理性的人的順序來分析其硬核的內(nèi)容。這樣做并不 妨礙我們對兩大綱領(lǐng)硬核內(nèi)容作比較研究,還會使我們對我國社會主 義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論與實踐的研究提供一個更為合理的理論框架和邏輯架構(gòu)。 本文的第4章就是根據(jù)這樣一個理論框架和邏輯架構(gòu)來說明馬克思經(jīng) 濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)的硬核或馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)哲學(xué)方法論傳統(tǒng)的主要內(nèi)容對中 國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和實踐的現(xiàn)代意義的。第4章主要闡述了唯物史 觀與社會形態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)的歷史演變,社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的歷史定位, 社會主義制度下產(chǎn)權(quán)問題的社會歷史分析,人的社會本性和人的個性 的全面自由發(fā)展。其中對社會主義公有制的社會化、組織形式和實現(xiàn) 形式,對經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究中的人本錯位、人的失落和重新尋求,對社會主 義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)自覺考慮人的本性的全面健康的發(fā)展,并把最廣大人民 群眾的最根本利益做為發(fā)展社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)所追求的終極關(guān)懷等問題, 都提出了自己的鮮明的看法,也惜鑒了許多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的新近研究成 果。
[Abstract]:As the human society entered the twenty-first Century, the face of the world and the face of China have changed greatly. The cold war situation of the two ideological opposites has ended, political polarization and economic integration are in the ascendant. China has declared a socialist market economy, and has formally joined the WTO, China socialism. The docking and communication between the market economy and the capitalist market economy has become an important content of the integration of the world economy. However, the theoretical basis of the western capitalist market economy is the economic research programme of the neo classical comprehensive school or the tradition of the neo classical comprehensive school of economics and philosophy, and the theoretical basis of the socialist market economy is the horse. Kyth's economic research programme or the tradition of the philosophical methodology of Marx's economics. Therefore, a comparative study of the main content or hard core of the two major programs or traditions should be made. This article tries to form the outline of Marx's economics, the formation of its tradition, the content of its hard core, it is different from the western mainstream economics research programme or the tradition. The first chapter of this article mainly clarifies that the traditional or economic research programme of Marx's economic philosophy is formed in the interactive study of economics and philosophy. The two discoveries in his life, namely, the historical materialism and the theory of surplus value, are also formed in the interactive study of philosophy and economics. The second chapter mainly clarifies that there is no philosophy without philosophy in history.
