【摘要】： 技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理是應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品生命周期階段的一種先進(jìn)的工程管理方法。航空工業(yè)中的型號產(chǎn)品研制由于其結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、研制周期長，尤其需要進(jìn)行技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理。項目管理作為一門廣泛應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程、系統(tǒng)工程、決策分析、計算機(jī)技術(shù)與軟件工程等理論的多維、多層次的綜合性交叉學(xué)科，，在當(dāng)今信息化社會中，有著越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。 本課題希望運(yùn)用成熟的項目管理技術(shù)，完善的技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理方法，全面支持產(chǎn)品生命周期內(nèi)進(jìn)度、數(shù)據(jù)、資源的管理，縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期，提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 本文全面分析了項目管理的核心要素和常用的實(shí)現(xiàn)工具，在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了以技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理為核心任務(wù)的項目計劃與控制模型，給出了模型實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。其次，提出了項目管理系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)的集成框架，分析了項目管理系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)的信息交互，并探討了項目管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)。最后，通過具體系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了項目管理系統(tǒng)與技術(shù)狀態(tài)管理系統(tǒng)的集成。
[Abstract]:Technical state management (TSM) is an advanced engineering management method applied in product life cycle. Because of its complex structure and long development period, the model product development in aviation industry needs technical condition management. Project management, as a multi-dimensional and multi-level interdisciplinary subject, which is widely used in industrial engineering, system engineering, decision analysis, computer technology and software engineering, is more and more widely used in the information society. This subject hopes to use mature project management technology and perfect technical condition management method to support the management of progress, data and resources in the product life cycle, shorten the product development cycle, and improve the product quality. Based on the analysis of the core elements of project management and the commonly used implementation tools, the project planning and control model with technical state management as the core task is constructed, and the implementation method of the model is given in this paper. Secondly, the integrated framework of the project management system and the technical state management system is put forward, the information interaction between the project management system and the technical state management system is analyzed, and the realization technology of the project management system is discussed. Finally, through the development of specific system, the integration of project management system and technical state management system is realized.
