【摘要】： 本文通過(guò)對(duì)歐洲的國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)會(huì)IPMA(International Project Management Association)和美國(guó)的項(xiàng)目管理學(xué)術(shù)組織PMI(Project Management Institute)的認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行橫向比較，發(fā)掘兩者在實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)資質(zhì)認(rèn)證方面的共性和不同點(diǎn)。最終目的是針對(duì)我國(guó)在項(xiàng)目管理發(fā)展方面所處的具體階段和特殊情況，，尋找一個(gè)適合我國(guó)項(xiàng)目管理人員認(rèn)證及培養(yǎng)的、較為優(yōu)化的認(rèn)證體系。論文第一、第二章闡述了項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)的基本理論，并介紹了兩種認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況；第三章至第五章分別從兩個(gè)認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)的知識(shí)體系、考核方式和適應(yīng)性三個(gè)方面入手進(jìn)行比較研究。論文的最后一章，在分析了我國(guó)對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)人員的培訓(xùn)、教育的現(xiàn)況基礎(chǔ)上，提出建立我國(guó)項(xiàng)目管理認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)的基本思路和我國(guó)項(xiàng)目管理證書制的建議。其中包括：我國(guó)認(rèn)證系統(tǒng)知識(shí)體系的建立、項(xiàng)目管理從業(yè)人員資質(zhì)認(rèn)證、培訓(xùn)及考試的方法以及加強(qiáng)同國(guó)際項(xiàng)目管理組織的交流與合作、多種渠道建立評(píng)估專家隊(duì)伍等。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the certification systems of the European Institute of International Project Management (IPMA(International Project Management Association) and the American academic Organization of Project Management (PMI(Project Management Institute) horizontally, and explores their similarities and differences in the implementation of project management professional qualification certification. The ultimate purpose is to find a more optimized certification system suitable for the certification and training of project managers in our country according to the specific stage and special situation of the development of project management in our country. The first and second chapters explain the basic theory of project management and project management certification system, and introduce the development of the two authentication systems. The assessment method and adaptability are compared and studied in three aspects. In the last chapter, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of training and education of project management professionals in our country, the author puts forward the basic idea of establishing the project management certification system in China and the suggestion of the certificate system of project management in our country. It includes the establishment of the knowledge system of certification system in China, the qualification certification of project management practitioners, the methods of training and examination, the strengthening of communication and cooperation with international project management organizations, and the establishment of expert teams for evaluation through various channels.
