【摘要】: 經(jīng)濟(jì)人假設(shè)是西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)一切研究的基點(diǎn),而消費(fèi)者行為和消費(fèi)函數(shù)研究則是微觀 經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的起點(diǎn),重新討論消費(fèi)者行為以及消費(fèi)函數(shù)對(duì)于把握和理解我國(guó)當(dāng)前 消費(fèi)嚴(yán)重不足的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況并制定相應(yīng)的財(cái)政貨幣政策具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文經(jīng)過充分論證,徹底否定了完全理性經(jīng)濟(jì)人的假設(shè),提出了“有缺陷的經(jīng)濟(jì)人” 假設(shè),將“完全理性”原則修正為“模糊理性”,同時(shí)擴(kuò)展了經(jīng)濟(jì)人追求的利益范圍:不 僅包括經(jīng)濟(jì)利益,還包括非經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。為了將許多傳統(tǒng)意義上的非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素納入經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的 研究范疇,本文提出了非物化商品的概念,從而擴(kuò)大了商品的范圍,使得我們對(duì)“有缺陷 的經(jīng)濟(jì)人”追求的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和非經(jīng)濟(jì)利益能夠綜合起來(lái)一起考慮,完成了作為“有缺陷的 經(jīng)濟(jì)人”的消費(fèi)者的行為模式分析。 本文在馬斯洛的需求層次理論基礎(chǔ)上提出了新的需求層次分類,并由此而提出了層 次效用論,認(rèn)為:消費(fèi)者的消費(fèi)需求是分層次的,效用也是分層次的,很難相互替代,不 同層次的消費(fèi)需求的滿足產(chǎn)生不同層次的效用。同一層次的效用可以根據(jù)消費(fèi)者的第二偏 好系數(shù)來(lái)比較大小,而不同層次的效用比較則還要考慮消費(fèi)者的需求強(qiáng)度系數(shù)和第一偏好 系數(shù),從而解決了糾纏不清的效用比較問題。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合對(duì)消費(fèi)成本、財(cái)產(chǎn)的繼承與遺留等的分析,提出了新的消費(fèi) 函數(shù):C_t=(aWR_t+bYD_t)+C_1β_1(WR_(t-1)+YD_(t-1))+C_2β_2(WR_(t+1)+YD_(t+1)), β_1為上一期總收入中用于本期消費(fèi)的比例,β_2為下一期預(yù)期總收入中用于本期消費(fèi)的比 例,其中,C_t本身也要按照消費(fèi)者的需求層次、消費(fèi)者第一偏好系數(shù)矩陣、消費(fèi)者第二 偏好系數(shù)矩陣,價(jià)格矩陣分配在物化商品和非物化商品上,即: J 尸11 尸12 廠13 尸加BJll]XI?
