【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論主要是回答什么是長(zhǎng)期增長(zhǎng)的源泉這一問題。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家似乎都認(rèn)為技術(shù)進(jìn)步是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的源泉,但是什么原因?qū)е铝思夹g(shù)進(jìn)步,對(duì)于技術(shù)進(jìn)步背后的理論邏輯卻沒有一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí)。新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論將人力資本、RD、知識(shí)、新思想等因素納入到經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模型的分析框架,認(rèn)為人力資本和專業(yè)化的知識(shí)積累本身具有收益遞增的特性,并影響其他要素也產(chǎn)生收益遞增,打破了新古典主義認(rèn)為規(guī)模收益不變或遞減的假定。新經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的出現(xiàn)給現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論方面和現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的發(fā)展提出很多新的觀點(diǎn)和認(rèn)識(shí)。文章從多個(gè)角度對(duì)新增長(zhǎng)理論出現(xiàn)以來的研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行的綜述和評(píng)價(jià),最后對(duì)新增長(zhǎng)理論對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論所做出的貢獻(xiàn)等方面做出了一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單評(píng)述。
[Abstract]:The theory of economic growth mainly answers the question of what is the source of long-term growth. Economists seem to agree that technological progress is the source of economic growth, but what causes it, However, there is no unified understanding of the theoretical logic behind technological progress. The new economic growth theory brings human capital, knowledge, new ideas and other factors into the analytical framework of the economic growth model. The author thinks that the accumulation of human capital and specialized knowledge has the characteristics of increasing income and influencing other factors. It breaks the assumption that the return of scale is constant or decreasing in neoclassicism. The emergence of new economic growth theory puts forward many new viewpoints and understandings for the development of modern economic growth theory and the development of the real world. A review and evaluation of the research literature since the emergence of the new growth theory, Finally, a brief comment is made on the contribution of new growth theory to economic theory.
