【摘要】： 從項目中止決策內(nèi)涵入手，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，，以直觀經(jīng) 濟(jì)分析和投資可靠性分析為切入點，分析了項目中止決策的必要 性，從價值評估理論角度分析了項目中止決策的價值基礎(chǔ)，從自 主開發(fā)和委托代理角度分析了項目中止決策的運行機制。 依據(jù)研究與開發(fā)項目的分階段特性和風(fēng)險特點、風(fēng)險來源、 風(fēng)險分布規(guī)律，結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究的指標(biāo)因素集，提出了建立指標(biāo) 體系的原則和架構(gòu)并建立了分階段較為系統(tǒng)的指標(biāo)體系，在分析 了國內(nèi)外中止決策判別方法的優(yōu)缺點和適用范圍的基礎(chǔ)上，將可 拓理論和組合評價方法用于項目中止決策判別，通過實例分析證 明了所建模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Starting with the connotation of project suspension decision, combining the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper aims at intuitionistic economy. In this paper, the necessity of project termination decision is analyzed by using economic analysis and investment reliability analysis as the starting point. This paper analyzes the value basis of project termination decision from the angle of value evaluation theory, and analyzes the value basis of project termination decision from the angle of value evaluation theory. The operation mechanism of project termination decision is analyzed from the point of view of principal development and principal agent. According to the phased characteristics and risk characteristics of the research and development project, the risk source, The law of risk distribution, combined with the index factor set studied at home and abroad, is put forward to establish the index. The principle and structure of the system and the systematic index system are established. On the basis of the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope of the domestic and foreign discontinuance decision discriminant methods, it can be concluded that. The extension theory and combinatorial evaluation method are used to judge the decision of project termination. Understand the validity of the model.
