【摘要】：碳資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)活躍碳市場(chǎng)交易、縮減碳排控企業(yè)成本以及實(shí)現(xiàn)碳資產(chǎn)保值增值有重要作用。然而在具體操作過程中,碳資產(chǎn)管理會(huì)面臨多種風(fēng)險(xiǎn),影響碳資產(chǎn)管理的順利進(jìn)行,降低企業(yè)參與的積極性�，F(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)碳資產(chǎn)管理及相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)卻研究較少。為了加強(qiáng)企業(yè)對(duì)碳資產(chǎn)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的認(rèn)識(shí)并且做好應(yīng)對(duì)措施,同時(shí)彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有研究的空白,本文對(duì)碳資產(chǎn)管理中面臨的相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行介紹說明,并且引入多種應(yīng)對(duì)措施。本文將碳資產(chǎn)管理中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分為信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、政策風(fēng)險(xiǎn),流動(dòng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn),市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及資產(chǎn)返還風(fēng)險(xiǎn)五種類型。在應(yīng)對(duì)措施方面,本文提出鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)參與碳交易、吸引金融機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)入碳資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)、完善碳統(tǒng)一市場(chǎng)制度、追蹤宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)變化、石化行業(yè)價(jià)格波動(dòng)以及行業(yè)內(nèi)技術(shù)革新信息等建議,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)碳資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展與碳交易市場(chǎng)的活躍。
[Abstract]:Carbon asset management plays an important role in activating carbon market trading, reducing the cost of carbon emission control enterprises, and maintaining and increasing the value of carbon assets. However, carbon asset management faces a variety of risks in the course of operation. It affects the smooth progress of carbon asset management and reduces the enthusiasm of enterprise participation. However, there is little research on carbon asset management and related risks in the existing literature. In order to strengthen the understanding of carbon asset management risk and to do a good job of countermeasures, At the same time, to make up the gaps in the existing research, this paper introduces the related risks in the management of carbon assets, and introduces a variety of measures. This paper divides the risk of carbon asset management into credit risk, policy risk, liquidity risk. There are five types of market risk and asset return risk. In response measures, this paper proposes to encourage enterprises to participate in carbon trading, attract financial institutions into carbon asset management business, perfect carbon unified market system, and track macroeconomic changes. In order to promote the development of carbon asset management business and the active market of carbon trading in China, the price fluctuation of petrochemical industry and the information of technological innovation in the industry are proposed in order to promote the development of carbon asset management business in China.
