政府支持與人力資本動態(tài)對合肥市中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效影響的實證分析

經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的趨勢已在全世界得到了證實并變得至關(guān)重要。在市場條件越來越飽和的情況下,競爭日趨激烈。在這樣的競爭形勢下,政府支持不僅被認(rèn)為是大型組織,同時也是中小型企業(yè)開展研發(fā)活動的先決條件。中小型企業(yè)在區(qū)域和國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,但由于中小型企業(yè)的內(nèi)在脆弱性,它受到的影響最大,迫切需要建立應(yīng)對前所未有的市場波動的能力。本研究將“投入-過程-產(chǎn)出”模式作為研究中小型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的理論框架。研究結(jié)合了包括政府支持在內(nèi)的外部力量與相關(guān)背景的人力資本動態(tài),分析了中小型企業(yè)吸收能力的影響,從而達到推動創(chuàng)新績效的目的。中國的政策結(jié)構(gòu)是從中央向省級和地方各級政府延伸,但在各省市的結(jié)果卻不盡相同。本研究以合肥市(中國安徽省省會城市)128家中小型企業(yè)為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查的形式進行數(shù)據(jù)收集。為了檢驗研究模式,探究關(guān)系結(jié)果,了解觀察變量和潛在變量吸收能力的中介作用,本研究使用了Smart PLS-SEM v 3.0軟件。研究結(jié)果表明,投入(政府支持和人力資本動態(tài))具有十分重要的意義,并與企業(yè)過程(吸收能力)和產(chǎn)出(創(chuàng)新績效)的影響有很強的相關(guān)性。研究中的所有變量都與中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效有很好的相...
