【摘要】：正為了更好地貫徹落實(shí)黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)精神,更好地服務(wù)省委省政府決策和建言獻(xiàn)策河南"十三五"規(guī)劃,2015年11月7日第三屆中原智庫論壇在鄭州召開,河南省人民政府副省長張廣智出席論壇并發(fā)表重要講話,河南省委宣傳部副部長王仁海對論壇召開表示祝賀,來自河南省內(nèi)外的80余位專家學(xué)者參加了此次論壇,就如何學(xué)習(xí)理解貫徹黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)精神、更好地謀劃河南"十三五"經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展等議題,展開了廣泛交流和深入
[Abstract]:In order to better implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and better serve the decisions and suggestions of the provincial government of the Provincial CPC Committee on Henan's 13th five-year Plan, the third Central Plains think-tank Forum was held in Zhengzhou on November 7, 2015. Zhang Guangzhi, vice governor of the Henan Provincial people's Government, attended the forum and delivered an important speech. Wang Renhai, vice minister of the propaganda Department of the Henan Provincial CPC Committee, congratulated the forum on the convening of the forum. More than 80 experts and scholars from inside and outside Henan Province attended the forum and carried out extensive exchanges and deepening on how to study, understand and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and better plan the economic and social development of Henan during the 13th five-year Plan.
