工程項(xiàng)目咨詢服務(wù)管理及其知識(shí)支持系統(tǒng)模式

【摘要】:在信息化時(shí)代和大數(shù)據(jù)背景下的今天,越來越多的企業(yè)開始關(guān)注知識(shí)管理在企業(yè)管理中發(fā)揮的作用。本文著重要研究“項(xiàng)目管理+知識(shí)支持”的管理模式,試圖建立可操作的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目咨詢公司管理模式,以及其知識(shí)支持系統(tǒng)。工程咨詢項(xiàng)目在管理上有其自身的特點(diǎn),基于當(dāng)下工程咨詢項(xiàng)目管理上的不足,首先應(yīng)該在管理模式上加以改進(jìn),并使新的管理模式更加利于知識(shí)的積累、分享和創(chuàng)新。在企業(yè)管理模式方面,知識(shí)管理思想全面滲透于各個(gè)管理層級(jí),這是一個(gè)類似于價(jià)值鏈的過程。所以要實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)級(jí)知識(shí)管理應(yīng)用還應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)一個(gè)理論到實(shí)踐的從頭至尾的鏈?zhǔn)竭^程。本文論述的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)模式要實(shí)現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)是:知識(shí)高度可達(dá)性,上層應(yīng)用和表現(xiàn)層高度可定制化,知識(shí)存儲(chǔ)的高度兼容性。該系統(tǒng)中“知識(shí)塊”的定義,將知識(shí)進(jìn)行了對(duì)象化并用樹形結(jié)構(gòu)組織起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識(shí)的高度可達(dá)性。數(shù)據(jù)字段按照“知識(shí)塊”的形式聚合而成一個(gè)知識(shí)單位,打破了數(shù)據(jù)庫字段類型的限制,實(shí)現(xiàn)了知識(shí)存儲(chǔ)的高度兼容性。該系統(tǒng)中的展現(xiàn)對(duì)接層負(fù)責(zé)將原本摻雜在前臺(tái)代碼中的數(shù)據(jù)檢索和綁定邏輯剝離出來成為一套統(tǒng)一的控件/接口集合,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了表現(xiàn)層的高度可定制化。該系統(tǒng)模式采用了面向服務(wù)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)思想,配合知識(shí)組織形式上的改革,進(jìn)一步提高了基于該系統(tǒng)模式下進(jìn)行上層開發(fā)的靈活性,降低了定制開發(fā)成本,所以使企業(yè)對(duì)上層應(yīng)用的高度定制化變得更加容易實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In the information age and the background of big data, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the role of knowledge management in enterprise management. This paper focuses on the management mode of "project management knowledge support", and tries to establish an operable management mode of engineering construction project consulting company and its knowledge support system. Engineering consulting project has its own characteristics in management. Based on the shortcomings of current engineering consulting project management, we should first improve the management mode, and make the new management mode more conducive to the accumulation, sharing and innovation of knowledge. In the aspect of enterprise management mode, the thought of knowledge management permeates all management levels in an all-round way, which is similar to the process of value chain. Therefore, in order to realize the application of enterprise knowledge management, we should also emphasize a chain process from theory to practice. The objectives of the knowledge management system model discussed in this paper are: the high accessibility of knowledge, the high customizability of the upper application and presentation layer, and the high compatibility of knowledge storage. In this system, the definition of "knowledge block" is used to objectify and organize the knowledge with tree structure, and the high reachability of knowledge is realized. The data field aggregates into a knowledge unit according to the form of "knowledge block", which breaks the limitation of database field type and realizes the high compatibility of knowledge storage. The presentation alignment layer in the system is responsible for stripping the data retrieval and binding logic originally adulterated in the foreground code into a set of unified controls / interfaces, thus realizing the high customizability of the presentation layer. The system mode adopts the idea of service-oriented system architecture, cooperates with the reform of knowledge organization form, further improves the flexibility of upper layer development based on the system mode, and reduces the cost of custom development, so it makes the highly customized application of upper layer easier to realize.
