BC集團物流公司員工培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計研究
[Abstract]:With the advent of global economic integration, the logistics industry plays a more and more important role in the development of enterprises, but the internal management level of many private enterprises is not high, especially human resources management can not keep up with the rapid development of enterprises, and, There is a general shortage of logistics talents in line with the development of enterprises. Therefore, how to construct the training system of enterprise logistics employees and train the logistics talents needed by enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. Founded in 1993, BC Group is a diversified private enterprise group based on pharmaceutical industry. This paper takes the staff training of BC Group Logistics Company as the research object, based on the theory of logistics management and human resource training, and uses the methods of SWOT analysis to systematically analyze the existing problems and causes of logistics staff training in BC Group. This paper designs the staff training system suitable for the logistics company of BC Group, puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures, and draws the conclusion that the scientific organizational structure and the strategic planning of the company are the basis of the design of the human resource training system. The paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly expounds the research background and significance, the research object, the method and the research train of thought, and the second chapter summarizes the related research of modern enterprise logistics and human resource training. The third chapter is the analysis of the present situation and causes of BC group logistics human resources training; the fourth chapter is the design of BC group logistics human resources training system; the fifth chapter is the safeguard measures for the implementation of group logistics human resources training system. The sixth chapter concludes, and puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of the paper.
