【摘要】：基于分位數(shù)回歸方法,研究了技能偏向性技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)工資水平的影響。在CES生產(chǎn)函數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了理論分析模型來(lái)揭示技能偏向性技術(shù)進(jìn)步對(duì)工資水平的影響差異,采用CHNS數(shù)據(jù)并通過(guò)分位數(shù)回歸對(duì)理論假設(shè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,在高技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)下,工資水平受到技能偏向性技術(shù)進(jìn)步的正向影響程度也較大,尤其是對(duì)中低等工資水平影響尤為突出,反之亦然;除此之外,工資還受其他因素比如職業(yè)、工作地域及性別、年齡等個(gè)體特征的影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the quantile regression method, the influence of skill bias technological progress on wage level is studied. On the basis of CES production function, a theoretical analysis model is established to reveal the influence of skill bias technological progress on wage level. CHNS data and quantile regression are used to test the theoretical assumptions. The results show that under the effect of high technology spillover, the wage level is also greatly affected by the technological progress of skill bias, especially on the low and middle wages, and vice versa. In addition, wages are affected by other factors, such as occupation, job location, gender, age and other individual characteristics.
