基于隨機情況下的多溫共配冷鏈物流配送方案研究

【摘要】:鑒于易腐產(chǎn)品的特性,對其儲存,尤其是運輸過程中進行優(yōu)化冷藏的處理,可以有效的減少易腐產(chǎn)品的損耗,實現(xiàn)易腐產(chǎn)品的及時有效的配送。在易腐產(chǎn)品的配送過程中,路徑的優(yōu)化以及車輛的選擇在很大程度上決定了產(chǎn)品的送達效率。多溫共配的運營模式運用了現(xiàn)代科技技術(shù)發(fā)展成果,給低溫物流業(yè)創(chuàng)造出新的價值。 近年來人們的生活水平大幅度的提高,工作節(jié)奏的加快,對生鮮冷凍產(chǎn)品的需求越來越大,生鮮和冷凍食品的加工產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展。冷鏈物流的利潤最大化或者成本最小化已經(jīng)成為冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)在配送過程中重點考慮的因素。冷鏈物流配送問題成為配送商實現(xiàn)利潤最大化的關(guān)鍵。 論文以傳統(tǒng)的受時間窗限制的車輛配送路徑問題為基礎(chǔ),分析了冷鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點?偨Y(jié)了傳統(tǒng)車輛路徑問題的求解方法,以及涉及的多種配送方案的問題。論文在第四章重點介紹了在多溫共配的基礎(chǔ)上如何使產(chǎn)品高效的到達分銷商。研究過程中充分考慮了配送過程中所存在的各種成本,包括車輛的固定成本與維修成本,,保溫箱以及保溫箱充電成本,燃油成本,超過時間窗時的懲罰成本等,并在此基礎(chǔ)上引入了產(chǎn)品不被接受的特殊情況和處理方案,該種情況在以往的理論研究中很少被提到。在隨機環(huán)境下利用改進的粒子群算法得到最優(yōu)路徑軌跡。并且建立了冷鏈物流配送數(shù)學(xué)模型,該模型的有效性通過算例得到了驗證,以期為冷鏈配送提供理論和運作指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of perishable products, the storage of perishable products, especially in the process of transportation, can effectively reduce the wear and tear of perishable products and realize the timely and effective distribution of perishable products. In the process of distribution of perishable products, the optimization of route and the choice of vehicles determine the efficiency of product delivery to a great extent. The multi-temperature matching operation mode makes use of the development achievements of modern science and technology to create new value for the low temperature logistics industry. In recent years, the living standard of people has been greatly improved, the pace of work has been accelerated, the demand for fresh frozen products is increasing, and the processing industry of fresh and frozen food has been developed rapidly. The profit maximization or cost minimizing of cold chain logistics has become the key factor in the distribution process of cold chain industry. The cold chain logistics distribution problem becomes the key to realize the profit maximization of the distributor. Based on the traditional vehicle distribution routing problem limited by time window, this paper analyzes the characteristics of cold chain industry. This paper summarizes the solving methods of traditional vehicle routing problem and the problems of various distribution schemes involved. In the fourth chapter, the paper focuses on how to make the product reach the distributor efficiently on the basis of multi-temperature matching. In the course of the study, all kinds of costs existing in the distribution process are fully considered, including the fixed cost and maintenance cost of the vehicle, the charging cost of the incubator and the incubator, the fuel cost, and the penalty cost when the time window is exceeded. On this basis, the special situation and treatment scheme which the product is not accepted are introduced, which are rarely mentioned in the previous theoretical research. The optimal path trajectory is obtained by using the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in random environment. The mathematical model of cold chain logistics distribution is established, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by an example in order to provide theoretical and operational guidance for cold chain distribution.
