【摘要】：形態(tài)是基于系統(tǒng)論視角研究組織系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),探討一般結(jié)構(gòu)及理想結(jié)構(gòu)的理論與方法。戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的一般形態(tài)是由戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)理念、戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理核心職能和戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理平臺(tái)等要素構(gòu)成的有機(jī)系統(tǒng),可用"6P"框架進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步描述和分析。戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的理想形態(tài)可用"三全一協(xié)同"來概括。戰(zhàn)略知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理的實(shí)施策略是"構(gòu)建體系,戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)與推動(dòng),協(xié)同融合,職能創(chuàng)新,策略應(yīng)對(duì)",具體實(shí)施方法包括優(yōu)化投入、培育知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)文化、培養(yǎng)價(jià)值觀念和行為規(guī)范等。
[Abstract]:Form is the theory and method of studying the structure of organization system from the angle of system theory, and discussing the theory and method of general structure and ideal structure. The general form of strategic intellectual property management is an organic system composed of strategic intellectual property concept, strategic intellectual property planning, core functions of strategic intellectual property management and strategic intellectual property management platform. The "6p" framework can be used for further description and analysis. The ideal form of strategic intellectual property management can be summarized by "three all-in-one coordination". The implementation strategy of strategic intellectual property management is "constructing system, strategic leading and promoting, synergetic fusion, functional innovation, strategic response". The concrete implementation methods include optimizing investment and cultivating intellectual property culture. Cultivate values and norms of conduct, etc.
