第三方冷鏈物流配送中心選址研究
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and health consciousness, people pay more and more attention to whether food is fresh or not. The birth of cold chain logistics meets the requirements of food quality and freshness. The essence of cold chain logistics is to ensure the quality of food. The concrete operation is to store the food in the low temperature environment it needs until the product reaches the consumer's hand. The development of cold chain logistics in our country is not mature, the cold chain system is not perfect, so the research on cold chain logistics is very necessary. In cold chain logistics, the research on the location of cold chain distribution center is the most important. At present, the theoretical research on the location of cold chain logistics distribution center is not in-depth. Therefore, it is very necessary to discuss the location theory of cold chain logistics distribution center. In addition, because the cold chain distribution center connects producers and sellers, if the location of cold chain distribution center is correct, it can reduce logistics cost, integrate social resources, reduce traffic pressure and so on. Therefore, it is very important to study the location of cold chain logistics distribution center in both theoretical and practical interests. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research background of this topic in detail, expounds the purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the related theoretical research of cold chain logistics and distribution center location at home and abroad. Secondly, the development of cold chain logistics at home and abroad is discussed, and the problems existing in the development process of domestic cold chain logistics are emphatically analyzed, and the significance of the research is highlighted. Then, the related factors of cold chain logistics distribution center location are analyzed, the evaluation index system is established, and a multi-attribute decision-making method based on UEOWA and ULHA operator is proposed to select the candidate distribution center location. Finally, according to the characteristics of the third-party cold chain logistics, a two-objective location model based on the optimization of total cost and service level is established. In the process of solving the model, the goal of maximizing service level is transformed by using the concept of penalty cost, and a single objective model with the lowest cost is obtained, and the model is solved by genetic algorithm. The feasibility of the location selection method in this paper is proved by the analysis of concrete examples. This paper not only uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to select the cold chain distribution center, but also establishes the mathematical model by using the goals of minimum total cost and maximum service level, which is closer to the reality. It provides a theoretical basis for the location of distribution center for enterprises.
