A勞務(wù)派遣公司差異化戰(zhàn)略運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:本文選取勞務(wù)派遣公司為對象,對戰(zhàn)略管理中的差異化戰(zhàn)略的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行研究,不僅在實(shí)踐中具有十分重要的意義,而且對于相關(guān)的理論完善也同樣具有重要的意義。面對目前行業(yè)企業(yè)嚴(yán)重同質(zhì)化的服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,以差異化戰(zhàn)略為指導(dǎo),自上而下地設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,有利于促進(jìn)行業(yè)服務(wù)整體水平的提升。同時(shí),結(jié)合案例分析來討論,也將為以后進(jìn)一步的研究提供一個(gè)可供借鑒的案例。 本文結(jié)合勞務(wù)派遣行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,以A公司為例,對戰(zhàn)略管理中的差異化戰(zhàn)略的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了研究。通過研究,本文得到以下幾點(diǎn)主要結(jié)論。 第一,通過對勞務(wù)派遣和戰(zhàn)略管理文獻(xiàn)的回顧,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前國內(nèi)外的戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)研究已從靜態(tài)分析,發(fā)展到了動(dòng)態(tài)分析階段,戰(zhàn)略管理的理念也從最初的零和博弈,發(fā)展到了競合雙贏階段。同時(shí),對于勞務(wù)派遣我國的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)還不完善,目前行業(yè)發(fā)展不規(guī)范但發(fā)展迅速、勞務(wù)派遣公司(組織)運(yùn)營模式較少、法律經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較多。 第二,本文結(jié)合已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),勞務(wù)派遣是指勞務(wù)派遣單位受特定用工單位委托招聘勞動(dòng)者,并與之簽訂勞動(dòng)合同,將勞動(dòng)者派遣到用工單位工作,其勞動(dòng)過程由用工單位管理,其工資、福利、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)等由用工單位提供給派遣單位,再由派遣單位支付給勞動(dòng)者,并為勞動(dòng)者辦理社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)登記和繳費(fèi)等項(xiàng)事務(wù)的一種用工形式。其特征在于“雇用”和“使用”關(guān)系發(fā)生分離、具有短期性、顯著的流動(dòng)性等特征。其經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)發(fā)展階段,目前處于快速發(fā)展調(diào)整階段,目前我國的勞務(wù)派遣運(yùn)作方式主要是代理運(yùn)營和包干運(yùn)營兩種方式。 第三,通過對A公司的案例分析發(fā)現(xiàn),其可通過從服務(wù)行業(yè)的差異化選擇、追求服務(wù)品質(zhì)的差異化、管理制度的差異化等方面著手,能夠達(dá)成自身的差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略訴求。具體來說,就是通過對產(chǎn)品、員工、服務(wù)品質(zhì)進(jìn)行差異化,以形成自身的差異化競爭戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:This article selects the labor dispatch company as the object, carries on the research to the strategy management differentiation strategy application, not only has the very important significance in the practice, but also has the important significance to the related theory consummation. In the face of the serious homogenization of service products in current industry enterprises, under the guidance of differentiation strategy, the top-down design of enterprise service products is conducive to the promotion of the overall level of industry services. At the same time, the case study will provide a case for further study. This paper studies the application of differentiation strategy in strategic management based on the development of labor dispatch industry, relevant literature analysis and SWOT analysis, taking A company as an example. Through the research, this paper obtains the following main conclusions. First, by reviewing the literature on labor dispatch and strategic management, it is found that the research on strategic management at home and abroad has developed from static analysis to dynamic analysis, and the concept of strategic management has also changed from the original zero-sum game. It has developed into a win-win phase. At the same time, the relevant laws and regulations of labor dispatch in our country are not perfect. At present, the development of the industry is not standardized, but the rapid development, the labor dispatch company (organization) operation mode is less, legal and economic risks are more. Secondly, combined with the existing research, this paper finds that labor dispatch refers to the labor dispatch unit which is entrusted by a specific employment unit to recruit workers and sign a labor contract with them to send workers to the employment unit. The labor process shall be managed by the employing unit, and the wages, welfare, social insurance premiums, etc., shall be provided by the employing unit to the dispatch unit, and then paid to the worker by the dispatch unit, And for workers to deal with social security registration and payment of such matters as a form of employment. It is characterized by separation of employment and use, short-term and significant mobility. It has experienced three stages of development, at present it is in the stage of rapid development and adjustment. At present, the mode of operation of labor dispatch in our country is mainly agency operation and dry operation. Thirdly, through the case analysis of company A, we find that it can reach its own strategic appeal of differentiation competition through the choice of service industry, the pursuit of service quality differentiation, the difference of management system, and so on. Specifically, through the product, staff, service quality differentiation, to form their own differentiated competitive strategy.
