【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟進步，商品的交易日趨頻繁，現(xiàn)代化物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，，通過物流資源集約化發(fā)展以提高物流效率越來越受到人們的普遍的重視。物流園區(qū)作為物流資源集約化的一種載體，其運營水平的高低是體現(xiàn)物流效率的一個重要表現(xiàn)形式。本文主要研究的內(nèi)容是商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)運營績效評價,旨在提高商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的運作效率，節(jié)約園區(qū)的運營資源，減少廢棄物的對環(huán)境的破壞，使商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的運營與經(jīng)濟、社會、環(huán)境和諧發(fā)展。本文主要包括以下四部分： 首先，通過研究現(xiàn)有的文獻成果，介紹了商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的概念，并分析了商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)特點；又根據(jù)績效評價理論分析確定了商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)運營績效的評價理論，為下文的績效評價方法提供了理論基礎。 其次，通過園區(qū)的運營特點，本文詳細的分析了商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的運營的影響因素，將影響因素分為內(nèi)部因素和外部因素兩大類，根據(jù)這些影響因素，初步建立商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的運營績效指標體系。 再次，本文選擇了灰色熵權(quán)法作為運營績效的評價方法，構(gòu)建基于灰色熵權(quán)法模型的商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)運營績效評價模型。 最后，選取實例進行計算，本文以河北省承德國際商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)為例，分析了該商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的功能特點，并對數(shù)據(jù)進行收集，根據(jù)以上的運營績效指標體系和指標評價模型，計算出運營結(jié)果并進行綜合排名，并根據(jù)其運營結(jié)果進行評價并提出改善建議。結(jié)果表明，本文確定了用熵權(quán)和灰色關聯(lián)分析法相結(jié)合的方法進行指標評價是非常準確和客觀的。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, the trade of commodities is becoming more and more frequent, and the modern logistics industry is developing rapidly. People pay more and more attention to improving the efficiency of logistics through the intensive development of logistics resources. Logistics park as a carrier of intensive logistics resources, the level of its operation is an important manifestation of logistics efficiency. The main content of this paper is the performance evaluation of the commercial logistics park, which aims to improve the efficiency of the business logistics park, save the operational resources of the park, and reduce the waste damage to the environment. Make business logistics park operation and economic, social, environmental harmonious development. This paper mainly includes the following four parts: first, through the research of the existing literature, introduced the concept of the commercial logistics park, and analyzed the characteristics of the business logistics park; Based on the analysis of performance evaluation theory, the paper determines the performance evaluation theory of commercial logistics park, which provides a theoretical basis for the following performance evaluation methods. Secondly, through the operation characteristics of the park, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the business logistics park in detail, and divides the influencing factors into two categories: internal factors and external factors, according to these influencing factors, Initially establish a business-based logistics park operating performance indicator system. Thirdly, this paper chooses the grey entropy weight method as the operation performance evaluation method, and constructs the commercial logistics park operation performance evaluation model based on the grey entropy weight method model. Finally, taking Chengde International Trade Logistics Park of Hebei Province as an example, this paper analyzes the functional characteristics of the commercial logistics park, and collects the data. According to the above operation performance index system and index evaluation model, the operation results are calculated and ranked synthetically, and the improvement suggestions are put forward according to the operation results. The results show that it is very accurate and objective to use the method of entropy weight and grey correlation analysis to evaluate the index.
