【摘要】：進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以后，隨著信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展，“信息時(shí)代”已經(jīng)全面來臨。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展，以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)做為基礎(chǔ)的信息化發(fā)展，方式巨大的變革，尤其是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)下信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展影響到我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的各部門及社會(huì)生活各方面。 1989年初，我國(guó)建立了全國(guó)統(tǒng)一代碼標(biāo)示制度，為促進(jìn)我國(guó)信息化的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，加強(qiáng)了政府各有關(guān)部門對(duì)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的管理和監(jiān)督，確保了我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的有序運(yùn)行。隨之組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證已經(jīng)在越來越多的部門所應(yīng)用，它已經(jīng)作為企業(yè)的身份證在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要的作用，但是如何來用組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證來驗(yàn)證單位身份是一個(gè)目前存在的難題，首先是應(yīng)用部門對(duì)代碼證的應(yīng)用不盡相同，有的只是作為審批的一項(xiàng)基本所需材料，有的要作為必須的身份證；其次是組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼的管理手段缺乏，缺少各部門的聯(lián)動(dòng)升級(jí)，因此要把企業(yè)的誠(chéng)信體系建設(shè)與組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼聯(lián)系起來，組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼的管理轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，為企業(yè)、政府提供有力的技術(shù)支持，這樣才能發(fā)揮單位身份證的內(nèi)涵。 本文運(yùn)用信息化管理理論、精細(xì)化管理理論及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理理論，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下，通過二維條碼，IC卡，實(shí)名認(rèn)證證書做為轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，進(jìn)行組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼的升級(jí)管理，在全面分析了組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼管理現(xiàn)狀及問題的基礎(chǔ)上，投入較大精力對(duì)組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼管理方式進(jìn)行了重構(gòu)和再設(shè)計(jì)。通過對(duì)組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼在各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用，研究二維條碼在組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證上的應(yīng)用，通過二維條碼來驗(yàn)證身份；研究組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼電子副本用RFID介質(zhì)來驗(yàn)證身份；研究實(shí)名認(rèn)證證書USBKEY介質(zhì)來驗(yàn)證身份，通過比較分析，得出目前最合適可行的組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼管理的方式方法，，并以此建立誠(chéng)信體系平臺(tái)。組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證已經(jīng)在越來越多的部門所應(yīng)用，它已經(jīng)作為單位的身份證在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮了重要的作用。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21 century, with the rapid development of information technology, the "information age" has come all round. With the rapid development of the Internet, the development of information technology based on the Internet network, the way of great change, especially the development of information technology under the Internet has affected the various departments of the national economy and all aspects of social life. In early 1989, China established the national unified code marking system, which made great contributions to the development of information technology in our country, and strengthened the management and supervision of the society and economy by all relevant government departments. Ensure the orderly operation of our socialist market economy. As a result, the organizational code certificate has been applied in more and more departments, and it has played an important role in various fields as the identity card of the enterprise. However, how to use the organizational code certificate to verify the identity of the unit is a difficult problem at present. First, the application of the code card by the application department is not the same. Some are only as a basic material for examination and approval. Some must act as necessary identity cards; Secondly, the lack of management means of organizational code and the lack of linkage upgrading of various departments. Therefore, it is necessary to link the construction of enterprise integrity system with organizational code, and to transform and upgrade the management of organizational code for the enterprise. The government provides strong technical support, so as to give play to the connotation of the identity card. This paper uses information management theory, fine management theory and standardized management theory, driven by the Internet, through two-dimensional bar code, IC card, real name certification certificate as a transformation upgrade, the organization code upgrade management, Based on the overall analysis of the current situation and problems of organizational code management, this paper reconstructs and redesigns the mode of organizational code management. Through the application of organization code in various fields, this paper studies the application of two-dimensional bar code in organization code evidence, verifies the identity by two-dimensional bar code, studies the electronic copy of organization code to verify identity with RFID medium. This paper studies the real name certification certificate USBKEY medium to verify identity, through comparative analysis, obtains the most suitable and feasible way and method of organization code management, and establishes the integrity system platform. The organizational code card has been used in more and more departments, and it has played an important role in every field as the identity card of the unit.
