【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)及企業(yè)競爭國際化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,企業(yè)共生逐漸成為國內(nèi)外企業(yè)加快規(guī)模發(fā)展的主要方式之一,并表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈及價值鏈為整體的競爭趨勢。面對變化莫測的市場以及越來越個性化的消費者需求,企業(yè)要想在全球經(jīng)濟日益加劇的競爭中占得一席之地,就必提高自身的核心競爭力與應(yīng)對市場變化的能力,以便適應(yīng)變幻莫測和消費者需求越來越個性化的市場。其核心就是企業(yè)共生發(fā)展,而企業(yè)共生發(fā)展存在著一種內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,這種內(nèi)在聯(lián)系表現(xiàn)為各生產(chǎn)要素之間的競爭與相互交換或共享等方面的共生關(guān)系。因而企業(yè)共生要抓住二者之間的內(nèi)在共生關(guān)系,并進(jìn)行企業(yè)治理機制創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建完善的治理機制,從根本上維護(hù)和促進(jìn)企業(yè)間的共生關(guān)系發(fā)展。 本文正是從企業(yè)集群內(nèi)關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)間的共生博弈這一問題角度出發(fā),通過引入生物學(xué)共生理論,對企業(yè)集群內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱向關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)與企業(yè)橫向價值鏈關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間存在的共生性進(jìn)行分析,并結(jié)合共生理論分析企業(yè)共生發(fā)展的動因、博弈主體以及共生博弈機制,通過博弈模型證明產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱向關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)與橫向價值鏈關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)之間可形成一種穩(wěn)定的共生關(guān)系,并能產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟效應(yīng)。根據(jù)這一效應(yīng)機制,對企業(yè)共生進(jìn)一步深化思考,并對企業(yè)治理模式與治理機制進(jìn)行分析,提出具體治理機制創(chuàng)新措施,對企業(yè)集群內(nèi)成員企業(yè)關(guān)系的治理與協(xié)調(diào)具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of network information technology and the internationalization of enterprise competition, enterprise symbiosis has gradually become one of the main ways for domestic and foreign enterprises to speed up the development of scale, and it shows that the industrial chain and value chain are the overall competitive trend. In the face of unpredictable market and more individualized consumer demand, if enterprises want to occupy a place in the increasingly fierce competition in the global economy, they must improve their core competitiveness and their ability to cope with market changes. In order to adapt to the vagaries and consumer demand more and more personalized market. The core is the symbiotic development of enterprises, and there is an internal relationship between the symbiotic development of enterprises, which is expressed as the symbiotic relationship between the competition and mutual exchange or sharing among the factors of production. Therefore, the enterprise symbiosis should grasp the internal symbiotic relationship between the two, and carry on the innovation of the enterprise governance mechanism, construct the perfect governance mechanism, and fundamentally maintain and promote the development of the symbiotic relationship between the enterprises. From the point of view of symbiotic game among affiliated enterprises in enterprise cluster, this paper introduces the theory of biological symbiosis. This paper analyzes the symbiosis between the vertical affiliated enterprises in the industrial chain and the related enterprises in the horizontal value chain of the enterprise cluster, and analyzes the motivation of the symbiotic development of the enterprise, the main body of the game and the mechanism of the symbiotic game in combination with the symbiotic theory. It is proved by the game model that a stable symbiotic relationship can be formed between the vertical affiliated enterprises and the horizontal value chain associated enterprises in the industrial chain and can produce huge economic effects. On the basis of this effect mechanism, we further deepen the thinking of enterprise symbiosis, analyze the corporate governance model and governance mechanism, and put forward concrete measures for innovation of governance mechanism. It has certain guiding significance to the governance and coordination of enterprise relations among the members in the enterprise cluster.
