【摘要】：筆者利用中國(guó)以RCA指數(shù)測(cè)算的具有比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的11個(gè)出口部門的數(shù)據(jù)建立行業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,就我國(guó)行業(yè)出口貿(mào)易、勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率與工資水平的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率增長(zhǎng)對(duì)工資增長(zhǎng)具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,但工資的增長(zhǎng)率低于勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的增長(zhǎng)率,存在從勞動(dòng)收入到資本收入的國(guó)民收入再分配現(xiàn)象;出口貿(mào)易通過(guò)改變產(chǎn)品出口價(jià)格顯著地影響出口部門工人工資;不同出口部門出口價(jià)格對(duì)工資影響存在顯著的差異,抑制了部門間工資差距的縮小。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 11 export sectors with comparative advantage measured by RCA index in China, the author establishes an industry panel data model and makes an empirical study on the relationship among China's industry export trade, labor productivity and wage level. The results show that: the increase of labor productivity has an obvious promoting effect on wage growth, but the growth rate of wages is lower than the growth rate of labor productivity, and there exists the redistribution of national income from labor income to capital income; Export trade significantly affects the wages of workers in export sector by changing the export price of products, and there are significant differences in the influence of export prices on wages in different export sectors, which inhibits the narrowing of the wage gap between sectors.
