基于DEA的長(zhǎng)三角城市空間效率差異研究

【摘要】:由于城市質(zhì)量的下降以及城市化過程中各種問題的出現(xiàn),城市空間效率的研究變得越來越重要。本文運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的方法,定量地研究了長(zhǎng)三角25個(gè)城市市轄區(qū)的城市空間效率的差異和演變情況。 目前,國內(nèi)外關(guān)于城市空間效率的研究較少,也極少有人將效率這一概念引入到城市空間的研究中,所以本文嘗試把效率引入到城市空間的研究中,初步嘗試性地建立城市空間效率的投入與產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)體系,并構(gòu)建了城市空間效率的評(píng)價(jià)模型,接著利用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析的方法,對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角25個(gè)城市市轄區(qū)的空間效率做了定量測(cè)評(píng),然后通過GIS的數(shù)字化,直觀地反映出2002-2010年長(zhǎng)三角25個(gè)城市的城市空間總效率值的高低。通過研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),長(zhǎng)三角的城市空間效率整體水平較好、呈波動(dòng)上升趨勢(shì)并且在高位波動(dòng),城市間差異不斷縮;江蘇應(yīng)該提高其技術(shù)效率,浙江應(yīng)該提高其規(guī)模效率;大部分未能達(dá)到效率最優(yōu)的城市主要是由于缺少空間方面的投入而未能達(dá)到最佳規(guī)模,今后應(yīng)該加大對(duì)其空間方面的投入。 基于長(zhǎng)三角城市空間效率的差異和演變情況,本文從一般影響因子和特殊影響因子兩方面進(jìn)行了解釋,指出城市空間效率主要受自然條件、經(jīng)濟(jì)水平等七個(gè)因素的影響;然后針對(duì)城市空間效率存在的問題提出了優(yōu)化長(zhǎng)三角城市空間效率的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Due to the decline of urban quality and the emergence of various problems in the process of urbanization, the study of urban spatial efficiency becomes more and more important. Using the method of data envelopment analysis, this paper quantitatively studies the difference and evolution of urban spatial efficiency in 25 urban districts in the Yangtze River Delta. At present, there are few researches on the efficiency of urban space at home and abroad, and very few people introduce the concept of efficiency into the study of urban space, so this paper attempts to introduce efficiency into the study of urban space. The input and output index system of urban spatial efficiency is preliminarily established, and the evaluation model of urban spatial efficiency is constructed, and then the method of data envelopment analysis is used. The spatial efficiency of 25 urban districts in the Yangtze River Delta is evaluated quantitatively, and the total urban space efficiency of 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2002 to 2010 is intuitively reflected through the digitization of GIS. It can be found that the overall level of urban spatial efficiency in Yangtze River Delta is good, fluctuating upward and fluctuating at high levels, and the differences between cities are shrinking, Jiangsu should improve its technical efficiency, Zhejiang should improve its scale efficiency; Most of the cities that fail to achieve the best efficiency are mainly due to the lack of space investment and can not reach the optimal scale. In the future, we should increase the investment in their space. Based on the difference and evolution of urban spatial efficiency in Yangtze River Delta, this paper explains from two aspects of general and special influence factors, and points out that urban spatial efficiency is mainly affected by seven factors, such as natural conditions, economic level and so on. Then, the countermeasures of optimizing urban spatial efficiency of Yangtze River Delta are put forward in view of the existing problems of urban spatial efficiency.
