新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)信息渠道研究
[Abstract]:With the concept of "new generation migrant workers" put forward, the focus of migrant workers gradually focuses on the new generation of migrant workers. The primary problem of the new generation of migrant workers is employment. In order to enter the city for employment, the new generation of migrant workers need to use the information transmission function of employment information channel, obtain the information of urban employment demand, match with employers, and finally realize employment. The new generation of migrant workers employment information channels came into being. Based on the analysis of relevant literature, this paper divides the new generation of migrant workers' employment information channels into formal and informal, including employment agencies, government unified organizations, labor dispatch agencies, labor market, Informal channels include social networks, street markets, direct home inquiries, job advertisements. This paper makes an empirical investigation on the employment information channels of the new generation of migrant workers in Xi'an, and takes the sequential search model in the work search theory as the blueprint. This paper makes a comparative study on the cost and benefit of the new generation migrant workers choosing different channels to search for work in Xi'an area. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, it is found that the new generation of migrant workers in Xi'an region more choose informal channels to obtain job information. This choice is not only influenced by the personal education level of the new generation of migrant workers, but also related to the problems existing in the existing formal channels in Xi'an region, which are manifested in the lack of implementation of public employment information services and the non-standard information services of private employment agencies. The labor dispatch organization carries out the not widespread and so on aspect and so on. In addition, without considering the new generation of migrant workers to grasp the employment information, the traditional social network search cost is lower, and the search income is higher. If the information of the new generation of migrant workers is taken into account, the social network is not necessarily the best choice, because our unique strong relationship network provides high homogeneity of information, play a limited role. Both formal and informal channels have their own limitations, which are not enough to provide effective information support for the new generation of migrant workers. Based on the experience of employment information channel construction in developed countries, this paper proposes to optimize the employment information channel of the new generation of migrant workers from three aspects: government, private employment agency, social relationship network and non-governmental organization.
