提升工程咨詢企業(yè)核心競爭力的管理策略研究

【摘要】:我國工程咨詢業(yè)是在20世紀九十年代初期發(fā)展起來的,1992年我國工程咨詢協(xié)會的成立標志著我國的工程咨詢行業(yè)正式形成,工程咨詢業(yè)的發(fā)展,在一定程度上提高了我國工程投資以及基礎設施建設的合理性,有力地推動了我國投資決策科學化的進程,對保障工程質量、提高工程投資的效率,減少投資風險有較大的促進作用。但由于我國工程咨詢公司起步較晚,普遍存在著規(guī)模小,管理體系不健全,競爭力弱等問題。一方面工程建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展對工程咨詢服務質量提出了更高的標準和需求,另一方面,隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快,國際咨詢企業(yè)對我國工程咨詢企業(yè)的發(fā)展造成了較大的沖擊,為適應環(huán)境的變化,工程咨詢企業(yè)需要從提升核心競爭力的視角構建系統(tǒng)化的管理模式。本文從工程咨詢企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀及問題出發(fā),在研讀國內外核心競爭力理論和管理理論的基礎上,從提升核心競爭力的視角出發(fā),歸納總結了與工程咨詢企業(yè)核心競爭力高度相關的關鍵管理要素,并對這些關鍵管理要素進行分析,深入剖析這些管理要素的本質特征,以及提升核心競爭力的機理和重要關鍵點,在此基礎上進一步提出提升工程咨詢企業(yè)核心競爭力的具體有效的管理策略。對于工程咨詢企業(yè)的管理實踐具有重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:China's engineering consulting industry developed in the early 1990s. The establishment of China's engineering consulting association in 1992 marked the formal formation of China's engineering consulting industry and the development of engineering consulting industry. To a certain extent, it improves the rationality of our country's project investment and infrastructure construction, promotes the scientific process of investment decision in our country, ensures the project quality and improves the efficiency of the project investment. Reducing investment risk has a greater role in promoting. However, due to the late start of engineering consulting companies in China, there are many problems, such as small scale, imperfect management system and weak competitiveness. On the one hand, the development of engineering construction industry has put forward higher standards and demands for the quality of engineering consulting service. On the other hand, with the acceleration of economic globalization, international consulting enterprises have made a great impact on the development of engineering consulting enterprises in China. In order to adapt to the change of environment, engineering consulting enterprises need to construct a systematic management model from the perspective of enhancing core competitiveness. Starting from the present situation and problems of engineering consulting enterprises, based on the study of core competence theory and management theory at home and abroad, this paper starts from the perspective of enhancing core competitiveness. This paper summarizes the key management factors which are highly related to the core competence of engineering consulting enterprises, and analyzes these key management elements, and deeply analyzes the essential characteristics of these management elements. On the basis of the mechanism and key points of enhancing the core competence, the concrete and effective management strategies for improving the core competence of engineering consulting enterprises are put forward. It has important guiding significance for the management practice of engineering consulting enterprises.
