【摘要】：巴西庫里蒂巴(Curitiba)人口規(guī)模從1970年的100萬增長為2010年的200萬。在這一過程中,庫里蒂巴成功地應(yīng)對了人口規(guī)模爆發(fā)式增長過程中可能產(chǎn)生的"城市病",被聯(lián)合國選為"最適合人類居住的城市":公交系統(tǒng)好、垃圾管理好、環(huán)境保護好。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這主要依賴三大關(guān)鍵城市問題的解決方案:快速公交系統(tǒng)計劃、綠色空間計劃和綠色交換計劃。這對我國同樣處于經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平較低且面臨人口規(guī)模快速增長的大量中小城市而言,有著重要的借鑒參考意義。
[Abstract]:Brazil's Curitiba (Curitiba) population grew from 1 million in 1970 to 2 million in 2010. In this process, Curitiba successfully dealt with the possible "urban disease" in the process of population explosion, and was selected by the United Nations as "the most suitable city for human habitation": good public transport system, good garbage management, and good environmental protection. The study found that this largely depends on the solution of three key urban problems: the bus Rapid Transit system Plan, the Green Space Plan, and the Green Exchange Program. It has important reference significance for a large number of small and medium-sized cities which are also in the low level of economic development and facing the rapid growth of population.
