管理勢(shì)與對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:后工業(yè)社會(huì)和全球化的復(fù)雜變化為組織的發(fā)展帶來了機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在組織的管理過程中發(fā)揮了巨大作用,更契合了信息人社會(huì)對(duì)稱化素質(zhì)的要求,擁有和諧素質(zhì)的有效領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,可以帶領(lǐng)組織實(shí)現(xiàn)更快更強(qiáng)更穩(wěn)的和諧發(fā)展。立足于中西方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的相關(guān)理論現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合目前組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的管理實(shí)踐,本文從管理勢(shì)科學(xué)的角度出發(fā),對(duì)組織的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力進(jìn)行深入的邏輯分析和模型探討,提出了對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的和諧勢(shì)對(duì)稱解模型,結(jié)合保齡寶有限公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力現(xiàn)狀分析了對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的具體提升策略。 本文對(duì)對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的和諧素質(zhì)模型進(jìn)行研究,首先,基于勢(shì)科學(xué)的普適性對(duì)管理勢(shì)進(jìn)行定義、基于勢(shì)科學(xué)的自旋穩(wěn)定性對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)進(jìn)行對(duì)稱化描述,同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)中西方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力構(gòu)建研究的理論成果,進(jìn)而完成了對(duì)于管理勢(shì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論基礎(chǔ)的系統(tǒng)論述;其次,研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力內(nèi)外影響素質(zhì)在管理勢(shì)上的對(duì)稱化表達(dá),明確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)了管理勢(shì)的顯勢(shì)和潛勢(shì)要素結(jié)合。在本部分進(jìn)行理論搜集、學(xué)者訪談和調(diào)研取證,將定性和定量分析相結(jié)合,對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)輸入細(xì)分指標(biāo),最終借助于主成分分析得出基于管理勢(shì)理論的對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在制度、文化、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、溝通、戰(zhàn)略、細(xì)節(jié)、組織和執(zhí)行方面的主要構(gòu)成要素;在第四章本文將8次非線性解進(jìn)行四維顯勢(shì)和四維潛勢(shì)的對(duì)應(yīng)分析,闡述了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力在制度和文化、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和溝通、戰(zhàn)略和細(xì)節(jié)、以及組織和計(jì)劃上的對(duì)稱,從而得出了對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)族群的和諧勢(shì)對(duì)稱解模型;最后,,本文以保齡寶對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的構(gòu)建為例,提出了塑造差別并加強(qiáng)聯(lián)系的對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)的建設(shè)路徑,實(shí)證分析了對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的提升策略。 相信伴隨著組織對(duì)于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的重視,勢(shì)科學(xué)在管理勢(shì)對(duì)稱理論的發(fā)展,對(duì)稱化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力素質(zhì)模型的建設(shè)會(huì)更加完善,更具實(shí)踐的可操作性,最終為組織提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提供全方位的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The complex changes of post-industrial society and globalization have brought opportunities and challenges to the development of the organization. Leadership has played a great role in the management process of the organization, and has met the requirements of the symmetrical quality of the information society. Effective leadership with harmonious qualities can lead the organization to achieve faster, stronger and more stable harmonious development. Based on the current situation of the relevant theories of leadership research in China and the West and the management practice of organizational leadership at present, this paper makes a deep logical analysis and model discussion on organizational leadership from the perspective of management potential science. In this paper, a symmetric solution model of symmetrized leadership is proposed, and the specific strategy of promoting symmetric leadership is analyzed in combination with the present situation of Baoling Bao. In this paper, the harmonious quality model of symmetrical leadership is studied. Firstly, the management potential is defined based on the universality of potential science, and the quality of leadership is described symmetrically based on the spin stability of potential science. At the same time, it studies the theoretical achievements of leadership construction in China and the West, and then completes the systematic discussion on the management potential and the theoretical basis of leadership. Secondly, the symmetrization expression of internal and external influence quality of leadership in management potential is studied, and it is clear that leadership quality presents the combination of management potential and potential elements. In this part of the theoretical collection, scholars interviews and research and evidence, qualitative and quantitative analysis will be combined to input subdivision indicators of leadership quality, and finally with the help of principal component analysis, we can draw a symmetrical leadership system based on management potential theory. Key elements of culture, leadership, communication, strategy, detail, organization and implementation; In chapter 4, we analyze the four dimensional potential and four dimensional potential of the eight order nonlinear solutions, and expound the symmetry of leadership in system and culture, leadership and communication, strategy and detail, and organization and plan. Thus, the symmetrically symmetric solution model of harmonious potential is obtained. Finally, taking the construction of Baoling Baobao symmetrical leadership as an example, this paper puts forward the construction path of symmetrized leadership quality, which forms the difference and strengthens the connection, and empirically analyzes the promotion strategy of symmetrical leadership. It is believed that with the attention of organizations to leadership research, the development of potential science in management potential symmetry theory, the construction of symmetrical leadership quality model will be more perfect, more practical maneuverability. In the end, it will provide the overall guidance for the organization to improve its leadership.
