產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化的綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:產(chǎn)品族開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)大規(guī)模定制生產(chǎn)模式的有效方法和手段。在產(chǎn)品族開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略中,前端的設(shè)計(jì)與架構(gòu)過(guò)程是企業(yè)產(chǎn)品族開發(fā)的重要階段,它對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的成敗具有關(guān)鍵性影響。產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化的綜合評(píng)價(jià)分別對(duì)一般的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和應(yīng)用優(yōu)化模型的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),從而為企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品族決策提供參考,本文的工作主要包括:第一、本文基于綜合評(píng)價(jià)的一般過(guò)程,首先明確了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)二維綜合評(píng)價(jià)的對(duì)象與目的。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡述了考慮產(chǎn)品族基本特點(diǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則,并依據(jù)這些基本原則,分別從技術(shù)維和經(jīng)濟(jì)維兩個(gè)維度建立了產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)模型,并給出了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的可量化方法。第二、本文在產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)的二維綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究基礎(chǔ)上,就應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化方法的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探究。產(chǎn)品族優(yōu)化的基本流程主要分為:問(wèn)題結(jié)構(gòu)的分析;模型建立;算法求解和結(jié)果分析四個(gè)主要步驟?紤]到優(yōu)化過(guò)程對(duì)產(chǎn)品族最終設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果具有重要影響,因此本文并結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化方法實(shí)現(xiàn)的一般過(guò)程,構(gòu)建了符合產(chǎn)品族特征的基本實(shí)現(xiàn)框架。第三、探究了產(chǎn)品族優(yōu)化的基本目標(biāo),并基于產(chǎn)品族優(yōu)化實(shí)現(xiàn)的一般過(guò)程與主要特征,建立了面向產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方法評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則。同時(shí)結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃的基本步驟與特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了適用于應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)規(guī)劃方法的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方法評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)體系。第四、研究和分析產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,簡(jiǎn)單闡述了層次分析法的基本過(guò)程,并將層次分析法應(yīng)用于本文的產(chǎn)品族設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化方法評(píng)價(jià)模型,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品族優(yōu)化實(shí)現(xiàn)的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。并針對(duì)齒輪減速器產(chǎn)品族的兩種優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行了量化評(píng)價(jià),從而有效的驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Product family development strategy is an effective method and means to realize mass customization production mode. In the product family development strategy, the front end design and construction process is an important stage of enterprise product family development, which has a key impact on the success or failure of enterprise product development. The comprehensive evaluation of product family design and optimization respectively evaluates the general product family design process and the product family design using the optimization model, thus providing a reference for the enterprise product family decision. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, In this paper, based on the general process of comprehensive evaluation, the object and purpose of two-dimensional comprehensive evaluation of product family design are defined. On this basis, this paper further expounds the construction principles of the evaluation index system considering the basic characteristics of the product family, and establishes the evaluation model of the product family design from the two dimensions of technology and economic dimension, according to these basic principles. The quantifiable method of evaluation index is also given. Secondly, based on the research of two-dimensional comprehensive evaluation of product family design, this paper explores the problem of product family design using mathematical optimization method. The basic process of product family optimization is divided into four main steps: problem structure analysis, model establishment, algorithm solution and result analysis. Considering that the optimization process has an important impact on the final design results of the product family, this paper constructs a basic implementation framework that accords with the characteristics of the product family, combining with the general process of the mathematical optimization method. Thirdly, the basic goal of product family optimization is explored, and based on the general process and main characteristics of product family optimization, the principle of constructing index system of product family design oriented optimization method evaluation is established. At the same time, combining the basic steps and characteristics of mathematical planning, the index system of product family design optimization method evaluation is constructed, which is suitable for the application of mathematical programming method. Fourthly, on the basis of studying and analyzing the optimization problem of product family design, the basic process of AHP is briefly expounded, and the AHP is applied to the evaluation model of the optimization method of product family design in this paper. Thus the comprehensive evaluation of product family optimization is realized. Two optimization schemes of gear reducer product family are quantitatively evaluated, and the feasibility of this method is verified effectively.
