【摘要】：勞動力資源是影響國家經(jīng)濟增長的重要因素,而人口數(shù)量及結(jié)構(gòu)的變化則對國家經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)生深遠的影響。自改革開發(fā)以來,中國經(jīng)濟保持著高速增長,該增長與我國勞動力資源較為充裕息息相關(guān)。然而,隨著“民工荒”及農(nóng)民工工資提高等現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn),國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于中國是否已經(jīng)達到“劉易斯拐點”開展了諸多有益的研究和思考。從這個角度上講,正確判斷中國“劉易斯拐點”是否到來將具有一定的現(xiàn)實和理論意義。本文首先將對中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、人口結(jié)構(gòu)及勞動力就業(yè)情況等現(xiàn)實國情進行分析,而后運用南亮進準則進行實證分析,最終得出結(jié)論及政策建議。筆者試圖判斷中國劉易斯拐點是否已經(jīng)到來,從而為如何有助于我國經(jīng)濟更快增長作出有益的思考。
[Abstract]:Labor resource is an important factor affecting the national economic growth, and the changes of population and structure have a profound impact on the national economy. Since the reform and development, China's economy has maintained a rapid growth, which is closely related to the abundant labor resources. However, with the emergence of the phenomenon of "shortage of migrant workers" and the rise of migrant workers' wages, scholars at home and abroad have carried out many useful studies and thoughts on whether China has reached the "Lewis inflection point". From this point of view, it is of practical and theoretical significance to correctly judge the arrival of Lewis inflection point in China. This paper first analyzes the real situation of China's economic development level, population structure and labor force employment, and then makes an empirical analysis by using the Nanliangjin criterion, and finally draws conclusions and policy recommendations. The author tries to judge whether the turning point of Lewis in China has come or not, so as to give some useful thoughts on how to help China's economy grow faster.
