【摘要】：制造業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要的支柱與關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)業(yè)，是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的重要依靠，是我國城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)的主要來源和國際競爭力的集中表現(xiàn)。物流業(yè)作為第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，其發(fā)展對增加就業(yè)崗位、提高人民生活水平、改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。但與制造企業(yè)相比，陜西省物流企業(yè)數(shù)量多、規(guī)模小、實力弱，物流企業(yè)在兩業(yè)聯(lián)動當中處于弱勢地位，主導兩業(yè)聯(lián)動的能力相對比較弱,從集成體的構(gòu)成來看，在主體單元和客體單元方面兩業(yè)相比較，物流企業(yè)均弱于制造企業(yè)。 針對上述背景,本文介紹了制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展的四個理論基礎(chǔ):物流集成理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)動理論、關(guān)聯(lián)理論和協(xié)同學理論。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了陜西省制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)的基本情況，其中包括陜西產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與其布局特點、陜西制造業(yè)經(jīng)濟概況、陜西制造業(yè)物流現(xiàn)狀、陜西物流業(yè)的布局特點、陜西物流業(yè)的運行情況、陜西物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況與陜西物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施情況。利用灰色模型GM（1，N）研究陜西省兩業(yè)聯(lián)動發(fā)展的作用機理，得出陜西省制造業(yè)自身具備一定的發(fā)展能力，制造業(yè)對物流業(yè)發(fā)展的推動作用明顯；物流業(yè)自身具備一定的發(fā)展能力，物流業(yè)對制造業(yè)的發(fā)展不具有明顯的推動作用。利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型研究陜西省制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)中的關(guān)聯(lián)因子以了解哪些指標目前與最優(yōu)狀態(tài)相距甚遠，得出對于制造業(yè)，資產(chǎn)總值、制造業(yè)總產(chǎn)值和實際利用外資額分列后三位，，對于物流業(yè)，城鎮(zhèn)居民人均可支配收入、貨運量和載貨汽車數(shù)量分后三位。最后為陜西省兩業(yè)聯(lián)動的發(fā)展提出政策與建議以及結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing industry is an important pillar and key industry of our national economy, is the important dependence of economic and social development, is the main source of employment in cities and towns in our country and the concentrated performance of international competitiveness. As the tertiary industry, the development of logistics industry plays a very important role in increasing employment, improving people's living standard, improving industrial structure and changing the mode of development. However, compared with manufacturing enterprises, Shaanxi Province has a large number of logistics enterprises, small scale and weak strength. Logistics enterprises are in a weak position in the linkage between the two industries, and the ability to lead the linkage between the two industries is relatively weak. Judging from the composition of the integration system, Logistics enterprises are weaker than manufacturing enterprises in subject unit and object unit. In view of the above background, this paper introduces the four theoretical bases of the linkage development of manufacturing and logistics: logistics integration theory, industrial linkage theory, relevance theory and synergetic theory. On this basis, this paper analyzes the basic situation of Shaanxi manufacturing and logistics industry, including Shaanxi industrial structure and its layout characteristics, Shaanxi manufacturing economic situation, Shaanxi manufacturing logistics status, Shaanxi logistics industry layout characteristics. The operation of Shaanxi logistics industry, the development of Shaanxi logistics enterprises and Shaanxi logistics infrastructure. By using the grey model GM (1N) to study the mechanism of the linkage development between the two industries in Shaanxi Province, it is concluded that the manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province has certain developing ability, and the manufacturing industry has a significant role in promoting the development of the logistics industry, and the logistics industry itself has certain development ability. The logistics industry does not have the obvious promotion function to the manufacturing industry development. In order to find out which indexes are far from the optimal state, the grey relational model is used to study the correlation factors between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Shaanxi Province, and the total asset value for manufacturing industry is obtained. For the logistics industry, the per capita disposable income of urban residents, the volume of freight and the number of loaded vehicles were the last three places in the total output value of manufacturing industry and the amount of foreign capital actually utilized. Finally, the paper puts forward policies and suggestions, conclusions and prospects for the development of the linkage between the two industries in Shaanxi Province.
