【摘要】：目前,我國已經(jīng)進入老齡化社會,為緩解日趨嚴峻的養(yǎng)老問題,社會化養(yǎng)老模式勢在必行,養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)的需求也越來越大,這一趨勢使我國養(yǎng)老產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨巨大的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。孝文化對于解決現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老問題具有重大意義,在這種狀況下,文章首先論證傳統(tǒng)孝文化對當前城市養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)實意義,試圖在對傳統(tǒng)孝文化進行梳理和繼承的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)時代的變遷和養(yǎng)老的需求,建構(gòu)一種與老齡化社會相適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代孝文化。同時,借鑒國外發(fā)達國家養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)先進經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合我國所特有的孝文化的背景,探索出適合我國國情的養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)設(shè)想,對促進我國養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)持續(xù)快速發(fā)展的具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義及理論意義。文章將從以下幾個方面進行研究： 第一部分,闡述了本次研究的背景,研究目的和意義及本次研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法。對孝文化和養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)進行文獻綜述和理論研究。 第二部分,對我國養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀和典型案例進行描述,同時對西方發(fā)達國家現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)進行梳理,以及亞洲儒文化體系國家,如日本和新加坡遵從孝道的養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)情況進行分析,總結(jié)先進經(jīng)驗。 第三部分,對武漢市養(yǎng)老及養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進行宏觀分析,選取武漢僑亞中華孝莊為例,說明孝文化和智能現(xiàn)代化養(yǎng)老在養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)中的體現(xiàn),最后再結(jié)合武漢市現(xiàn)狀,分析養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)存在的問題。 第四部分,基于孝文化的現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)開發(fā)類型,推動新型養(yǎng)老地產(chǎn)發(fā)展,最后提出開發(fā)對策建議,并給出政策引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the aging society, in order to alleviate the increasingly severe pension problem, it is imperative to socialize the old-age pension model, and the demand of the old-age real estate is also increasing. This trend makes the pension industry of our country face enormous opportunities and challenges. Filial piety culture is of great significance to solve the problem of modern old-age support. In this situation, the article first demonstrates the practical significance of traditional filial piety culture to the current urban old-age care, and tries to carve out and inherit the traditional filial piety culture. According to the changes of the times and the needs of the aged, a modern filial piety culture adapted to the aging society is constructed. At the same time, drawing lessons from the advanced experience of the developed countries in the development of the endowment real estate, and combining the background of filial piety culture, the paper explores the idea of the development of the endowment real estate which is suitable for the national conditions of our country. It has important practical and theoretical significance to promote the sustainable and rapid development of endowment real estate in China. This article will carry on the research from the following several aspects: the first part, elaborated this research background, the research goal and the significance as well as this research main content and the method. Literature review and theoretical research on filial piety culture and the development of endowment real estate. The second part describes the current situation and typical cases of China's old-age real estate, at the same time combing the modern old-age real estate in western developed countries, as well as the Asian Confucian culture system countries. Such as Japan and Singapore to comply with filial piety endowment real estate development analysis, summing up advanced experience. In the third part, the author makes a macro analysis of the present situation of the aged and the endowment real estate in Wuhan, and chooses Wuhan as an example to illustrate the embodiment of the filial piety culture and the intelligent modern endowment in the development of the endowment real estate, and finally combines with the present situation of Wuhan. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of endowment real estate. The fourth part, based on the filial piety culture of modern endowment real estate development type, promote the development of new pension real estate, and finally put forward the development of countermeasures and policy guidance.
